Very impressed with the service I received yesterday. Shaquille was kind, highly skilled and sensitive to my anxiety at having a complex extraction done. I'd also like to give the dental nurse (sorry I didn't catch your name) a huge shout out for being equally skilled, professional and kind. Best dentist I've been to and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

totally happy with everything about this clinic. Reception -- courteous and patient, Staff- very high level of professional expertise, know their own limits , sensible( understandable) explanations, good collegiality, equipment- 1st rate amazing! I feel very lucky to have this as my local dentist .

Quite a few pluses at Sundial Dental in Laurieton, starting with reception, dental assistant and of course, Washington my Dentist. All are very professional and have great customer service skills.

I saw the dentist, Leila Cao, for my troubled tooth which was not satisfactorily treated after having seen about 10 dentists in the past 5 years. Leila immediately recognised the problem when I described it, and carefully treated my tooth. I have not been happier as it’s the first time in 5 years I have been able to use that tooth again.
Great professional team they have there at Sundial Laurieton. Highly recommended.

I visited Sundial Dental at Laurieton for teeth cleaning after having recently moved to the area. They were very professional and did a great job. I am really pleased to have them as my go-to local dentist.

Really, really, really happy with my first visit to this place. I had a check up and Dental clean with Dr Brandon. He was beyond great! He took me being pregnant very seriously and was very compassionate and accommodating. He listened very carefully to me and then explained absolutely every little thing what was going to be done. I never felt so at ease in the Dental clinic before! I highly recommend Sundial Dental Laurieton clinic and especially Dr Brendon to everyone.

Dr Leila and the staff at Sundial Dental Laurieton were exceptional in their welcome to us as new clients. Felt at ease immediately and Leila was a standout in her approach, communication, explanations and professionalism. Friendly and I was very pleased to have made my first appointment here. Very impressed.

Reception staff very friendly - and then Dr. Jake and MJ looked after me very well in the treatment room - constantly checking to see I was not in any pain or discomfort, and talking through the various procedures along the way so that there were no surprises.
Not exactly looking forward to my next visit (who is?) but I will return in the future, and would happily recommend to anyone looking for caring and considerate dental treatment.

Boss Peter is very pleasant and supportive, and makes you feel that you are an important client. Peter addresses his staff pleasantly and as an equal. All the staff are well spoken make you feel welcome. I enjoy going to this dental practise.

I highly recommend Sundial Dental. All staff were just lovely and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during a not so pleasant visit. I had informed staff of my anxiety with visiting the dentist and was looked after so well and informed step by step about what would be involved and given the chance to ask questions and stop if i needed to during procedure. Both girls who were assistants and David the dentist were great. Thank you for such a kind, caring environment in what is a quite stressful situation for some.

I required five visits to complete all dental work necessary as I had not been to a dentist for a number of years. Each visit I found all staff friendly and professional. James the dentist impressed me with the manner he went about his business ensuring I was as comfortable as possible and pain free at all times. He explained everything prior and after treatment. The respectful way he spoke to his assistants was also impressive. I would recommend Sundial Dental Laurieton to anyone who unfortunately requires dental treatment.

My dental procedure was quick, efficient and painless. I gave the dentist 10/10 as it was far better than previous procedures I have had in the past .

5 Star service! Had been to two other dentists in Port Macquarie and they couldn’t find the problem and why I was in excruciating pain. 5 minutes in the Chair and my problem was diagnosed.
Problem was complicated but they fixed the problem to get me out of pain.
Off to endontist to finish finish the complicated procedure.
I am pain free and they have phoned to check on me 24 hours later.

What can I say about Sundial - Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, I get anxious, sick in the stomach, headachy etc when I know I'm going.

My husband made an appointment on my behalf and explained to the staff how I feel about going to a dentist.

I was pleasantly surprised, my dentist Ash was very calming and the girls on staff were very lovely and understanding. He explained to me what I needed to have done in every aspect. I have had a number of teeth extracted by Ash and can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. All went smoothly.

My hygenist, Rod, made my new dentures, top and bottom. I'm very happy with how they look and feel.

I would recommend Sundial Dental to anyone who is looking for compassionate, honest people who really care about their patients.

It had been a long time since I have had a full clean, my fault as I have always been apprehensive about the dentist. Luckily for me Merrin was most understanding of my fears and made me very comfortable. Talking me through every step and stopping 1000 🤣🤣 times. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Sundial, I'll be back.

Dr Ash and Flo were professional, caring and remained cheerful and focussed throughout the entire process. I am grateful that they took such good care of me. My new crown feels like it has always been there.

The staff are always caring and professional and manage to calm the bundle of nerves I am when I walk in. I saw James, whom I’d seen previously, and once again he managed to calm my nerves with his kind nature AND got my dental work done . Win win!

I would have to say one of the best Dental experiences i have ever had. Brandon the dentist took some xrays and then showed me and explained what was happening, gave me plenty of options to think about how to proceed.
All the staff where really nice and i would highly recommend Sundial Dental to anyone needing work done.
