It went downhill recently in term of foods & cooking, especially the wicked wings. Junk foods but at least need to keep it at standard right!?

The original KFC burger is really not that good. It's dry and tasteless. The chicken is still finger licking good! Polite staff and efficient.

My favourite of all the KFC's in the Brimbank area. Not speedy service but that's okay because the food is perfect. Chicken is hot and moist and cooked just right. Popcorn chicken had a yummy crispy coating and the burgers and sliders have just the right amount of sauce. The customer service is better too.

Consistently speedy drive thru service around lunch hours, always get a fresh batch of hot food while waiting less than a minute at the drive-thru window.

Love KFC. This place in particular is efficient and convenient for where I live, and if I need a quick meal, I would already know what to get. Good environment and suitable parking spots. Drive Thru is smooth with traffic and communication between customers and workers is always 100%.

I've been greated with superb customer service. They've never once given me an incorrect order and somehow (despite all odds) present me with an astonishing fresh and delightful flavoured experience. Quality over quantity these blokes are.

The only place I would eat KFC in the West. Chickens and fries are cook perfectly with the right crunch. Never had an issue with this place. Other KFC stores really need to come here and watch how they cook the chicken.

Great KFC store. Staff are polite and friendly. This store rarely gets my order wrong. My family and I mainly use the drive thru at this KFC.

When it arrive was missing chips burgers and drinks. Called and all items were replaced and ready to pick up wen we arrived
