I had my bloods taken Thursday by Sally-Anne (sally) I think was her name, she was so super lovely. Always asking me if I was ok throughout. Really lovely

Too too long wait time. Very less staff in the morning. Hardly 2 people.Lab opens at 8 am but operations don't start till 8:15 most of the times. It's really painful to reach work late. It should be improved.

A 1 hour wait to get a simple blood test. The staff are pleasant enough but they're very slow. Melbourne Pathology makes enough money to resource these clinics properly, but they don't because it's more profitable for them to make patients wait.

I normally have an okay experience here, I understand the staff are under a lot of pressure and have very long days doing the exact same thing. However today I had blood taken and it was not done professionally at all. Barely any explanation of what was happening and very rough care. I was essentially taped up and sent out, not informed to wait at all. As I was walking home, I noticed blood dripping down my sleeve and was very alarmed to see my whole arm covered. This has never happened to me before and I have to assume it was because of the methods used and the lack of care provided. Shocking experience to say the least.

The old skinny lady taking blood this morning is awful and unprofessional and lack of basic patient care. It is common sense blood is usually taken from non dominant hand if doesnt suit then use alternate. This woman went straight to my right arm without checking my left. I asked can you take from my left, she said “I can see a good vein on right so no Im not going to go for the left ”. How on earth do you know i dont have a better vein in left without even looking? She simply just doesnt want to move her stuff from right to left side of chair. I didnt insist coz her face tells me she will deliberately make it difficult and dig hard with the needle if I dont listen. What a witch.

Visited MP Camberwell today -circa 1pm 3/5/2022 . Sole MP staff had zero customer management skills . My greeting was ignored with a pointed comment that the recently provided referral from a specialist was incorrect ( Referring doctor had accidently typed 2021 instead of 2022!). There was no attempt to provide/ suggest a work around . It was left to my initiative to ring the Specialist's room and arrange for a corrected referral to be emailed. A tiny bit of civility for a positive impression would have been so much better than an acidic dose of sourness. Time to improve guys, this is not Stalag 17!

Racist staff that expect you to do the tests and everything yourself! Receptionist didn't even ask for my name or anything just told me to take a number a seat before i could even say anything! Customer support services are very low quality!

I just called to ask if they did COVID testing as I'm feeling unwell and the receptionist COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS, she was bored and uninterested!!
