I randomly stumbled upon this small cafe in Pascoe Vale South called Parkstone and it turned out to be a hidden gem! The cozy ambiance creates a lovely atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a cup of smooth coffee. The fried chicken tacos were absolutely amazing, some of the best I've ever had! The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and looking for a great spot to grab some coffee and food. You won't be disappointed! 🌟🍽☕

Very efficient and friendly service staff!! The fritters were presented and tasted amazing and the coffee was beautifully smooth, so smooth! So many other great menu options that i need to come back for more!!! First time but definately not my last time!

This cafe is a nice gem to the area. The service is friendly and fast, the food is tasty and most importantly, the coffee is good. This has been consistently so over the past years we've been here. They have good seating inside and some outdoor seating out front along the sides. Also, they have a kids menu for the little humans. #goodcoffee #brunchspot #pascoevalesouthcafe

Don't sleep on this cafe! I was blown away by the atmosphere and the service. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

The space itself was also beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting vibe. I loved the ambiance and could easily see myself spending hours here working or just relaxing with a magazine.

Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for a comfortable place to hang out, this is the place to be, especially if you're hungry!

Parkstone is an absolute standout. If I am looking for a great coffee, breakfast, lunch or brunch, I go out of my way to pull up a chair here. The staff are always friendly, the coffee is always spot on, and it's difficult to pick a favorite from the menu because they're all so good! Very accommodating to kids too. Highly recommend.

Oh. My. Holy. Heavens! This place is MIND-BLOWING. I really didn't expect it to be this amazing. No avocado toast has ever been very memorable but this actually made me emotional. How are these tomatoes so sweet and delicious!? I felt so sad leaving without giving the chef a damn hug 😭 We drove through the neighborhood brunch and fell in love with the area and wanna move here JUST cuz this restaurant would be close 😅

Cafe is conveniently located on main street corner with outdoor and indoor seating.
We started with coffee after which we ordered our brunch dishes : pan fried salmon and mezze .
And then finished with the Sticky dates and toffee pancakes.

Everything was so yummy and our favorites were the pancakes.

Best coffee/ST.ALi👍 and always worthwhile to walk here with the kids because they get the best milkshake & smoothie.Staff are so friendly to you and ur pet 🐶 with their bowl of water waiting.Very cosy, comfortable cafe and relaxing place for a catch-up.The overall service is awesome and kids meals in the pic.

I had the Mezza and wife had Magic Mushroom. We were hungry after my wife needed to fast for an early morning visit to John Fawkner. But regardless this was one of the best breakfasts I have had. The Mezza was very tasty, and each ingredient in nice proportion. The Magic Mushroom similarly was much enjoyed by my wife. An added bonus was that the coffees were excellent. No fault found and is highly recommended.

Parkstone is my absolute number 1 for coffee and brunch! The coffee is second to none and being a barista myself there is no place I'd rather go for my coffee. The food is so flavourful and always fresh! The service always comes with a smile and a friendly chat. If you haven't tried Parkstone definitely put this at the top of your must try places! I highly recommend and already can't wait to go back!

My first meal in Australia was here. A perfect brunch. Highly recommend the Mr Benny. If you like hash browns, bacon, and eggs hollandaise, you'll love this dish. So glad to have stumbled upon Parkstone on my way from the airport to downtown.

Great little cafe in Pascoe Vale south with friendly service, delish brunch food and great coffee

We ordered:

🥞PARKSTONE PANCAKES - My favourite dish at this cafe. They are more of hot cakes than pancakes to me. Regardless of what you want to call them, they are really delicious. Moist, buttery and perfectly complimented by the orange sauce and all the other elements.

🦑CALAMARI SALAD - lightly coated and perfectly cooked calamari. Delicious eaten as is, or dip in the provided sauce.

🥪STEAK SANDWICH - steak was cooked medium, which was great. Could use a little more sauce and less butter spread on the sandwich, but still quite delish.

🐟SOUS VIDE SALMON - Presentation was beautiful and the salmon was cooked nicely. However, this dish needs more flavours and could use extra layer of texture

🌸PINK PANTHER Smoothie - beautifully refreshing.

Great Café! Greeted warmly by welcoming friendly staff, fantastic décor interior design. I had the Mezza breakfast & a coffee, it was wonderful. Really enjoyable experience.

The welcome when you arrive from everyone who works here was exceptional. The food was on another level of amazing. 5 stars is not enough to recommend this cafe.

Carrot. Cake. Pancakes. And also some of the best egg dishes I've ever had!

I went in with the highest expectation and I was not disappointed at all!

FOOD & DRINKS:

VISIT 1: AMAZING!! We ordered 2 of their signatures which was their burger and the Parkstone Pancakes and though the wait was quite abit, it ended up worth it! They are the best pancakes I’ve had in Melbourne and it really did taste like carrot cake in a pancake! The pancake was so fluffy and not too sweet but the coconut ice cream gave it the sweetness it needed while the berries gave it tartness and MAH GAWD, it was phenomenal! The burger was extremely flavourful and super duper satisfying so if you ever have a burger craving, head to Parkstone to crush it! The coffee was great too! Super strong and rich!

VISIT 2: The Chilli Egg Scramble was one of the best egg scrambles I've had in Melbourne! The chilli was definitely present so that was beyond appreciated and with the beautifully cooked bacon? It was full of spicy deliciousness that every bite made you want to go back again! Their Pulled Pork benedict was so delicious and unique! Their waffle hash is definitely more different than their regular hash (and definitely worth going for hehe). The pulled pork was marinated to perfection and absolutely delicious! I also LOOOVED their detox juice, I was recovering from a caffeine overload and the juice definitely hit every health spot I needed!

SERVICE: Super pleasant!

AMBIENCE: Adorable and super duper comfortable! Great for a Sunday morning that you just want to take slow and easy!

Overall, I really loved this cafe and would make a trip there again despite abit of a travel however, it is definitely so so worth it!

Been here a couple of times. Solid neighborhood cafe with good indoor and outdoor seating options. Have had the eggs Benny with fried chicken & it hit the comfort spot.

Top notch oat latte and breakfast roll - bacon and egg with flavourful tomato relish and really good quality bread roll with toasted fennel seeds (or maybe cumin seeds) on top. Thankyou 😊

Lovely local cafe. Freshly baked and cooked. One of the best sticky dates pancakes and mezza... Scrambled eggs, sujuk, holoumi, olives, labneh. Had a great brunch. 👌👌
