TT Hotpot Buffet

Food was delicious here. The price is very reasonable for what you can get- vegetables, seafood, meat and a dessert.
The service here topped it off- staff were very friendly and always checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed.

SOUPer all you can eat hotpot buffet for just $36 you will get a seafood / meat platter along with soup base and several varieties of dumplings, salads, eggs, fish balls with fake caviar. Toppings train is soo cool. Pretty decent place with wonderful customer service.

The soups were delicious, the meat was sliced very nice and thin, and there were a wide variety of sauces and condiments available for a full hotpot experience.

A coconut che dessert is included in the price too as a bonus!

First time at this very nice establishment and it’ll become a mainstay for when I want great local hotpot. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. The quality of ingredients from the meats to the seafood to the buffet train are all great and plentiful for the price. Seafood includes crab, abalone, prawn, fish cutlet, clam, mussels and squid. I tried both the tom yum soup (a nice mid point of sour) and the spicy chicken broth. The Tom yum hit the mark for me. The rest is purely about your timing for cooking in your pot. Overall I was impressed, left very full and at $80 for 2 incl drinks, value for money for mine. Will be back often!

The food is really good and tasty. Even though today is kinda busy and I have not booked the table but the employees still let me in and they were really nice. The price is fine with seafood and lots of meat

Good service. Not many employees so we have to wait for few minutes. However, their attitudes are friendly and always smile with us. The food is nice. Highly recommend.

Found this place accidentally, love hot pot and the usual place closed down. This place is a gam hidden away waiting for discovery. Great food and service. The dishes on the train and passes by you just need to select your flavours. Desserts are part of the price.

Food is amazing. I have been here with my girlfriend many times and we are never disappointed. Tom yum soup is delicious. Good variety of food. Seafood is pretty fresh. Shout to Anthony for his great customer service.

Beautiful modern venue. Great fresh food, and an interactive eating environment. A carosel train that brings food to you, and a personal hot pot. You can freely choose what comes along or order anything specifically. Nice variety of food and drinks. Friendly happy service. Loved it.

My friend recommend me to come here. This is my first time coming here but the staff had explained for me really clear and make sense. The only thing I hate that is the 15% surcharge but that is fine because today is public holiday. I’ll eat again. Love it.

Food: If you've been to FOF Rotary/Fusion Hotpot, then you'd have higher expectations. Food on the rotary comes in choices of some meat, veggies, and mostly frozen food/dumplings you'd easily find in your local asian store, KFL. There would be a point where there's a shortage of noodles and meat and all that's left on the rotary would be stuff that people don't like, so I'd highly recommend a seating very close to the kitchen where food initially comes out. ;)

Desserts, drinks, appetizers are extras you'd pay for on top.
There's free water which attentive staff would serve.
No seafood on the rotary. What's weird is staff would serve seafood on a platter (4-6 pieces prawns, a few pieces of clams and mussels and lots of fish strips still frozen with ice) when people are 90% full, pretty much when you're at the point of getting ready to leave. This is a good strategy to save on seafood. Kudos! I'm not sure if you can request for seafood just when you start eating as they serve this when you're almost done eating. Huge let down.

Soup - nothing extra special about the soup. I had tomyum soup which is pretty bland, I wish there's an option for tomyum paste.

The place is very neat and clean. However if you have a seating on one of the tables at the centre, you'd notice that the table is super close to the seat, and if you're a big person its would be difficult to squeeze in and move around and limit your dining experience - I wish this was a little bit roomy even by just a few inches. I'm not exactly a huge size but just getting up my seat and reaching for food proves to be difficult as the space between the table and seat is too narrow.

Price is cheaper than other hotpot around and you'd get what you've paid for.
Overall if you live around the area and want a quick hotpot, this place is not that bad. If you want a great hotpot experience, then FOF rotary/fusion hotpot in the city is always worth the trip.

Still can't recommend this place more than I already do!
Staff are always so welcoming and nice. Food is always on point, and delicious.
Following all covid safe practices.
But, BOOK A TABLE! They fill up fast.

Good location, awesome food and the best customer service in the west, what else do you need when coming in from the coldest wintery days in Melbourne, our hostess Vivien provided great service for my family, highly recommend to all.

First experience eating a hotpot.. loved everything about this place, the decor, the soup bases, the fresh food & so many ingredients to choose from. Will visit again.

price not that cheap but ingredients very fresh. It worthy to pay 36 dollars. Always good for hang out with friends and family;)
