Im a hard person to take blood from even in hospitals nurses struggle with me.
This place was the only place this mature lady with blonde hair she was elderly and took my blood with first try and didnt struggle at all i was shocked !!
Very experienced woman!

The staff on reception are so lovely. I have regular blood tests done by Alina. Considering my veins are so hard to find...Alina gets a vein every time!! She is amazing. Thank you Alina! You are the BEST!!

Terrible place I had food poisoning can't get through on phone have to wait to drop off stool sample even though I was told I could drop it off clearly markrd with all the details ridiculous!

Arrived at 9:30 as my wife had to do the gtt.. was called at 10am but pathologist didnt want to do it as she stated she has to re take the bloods at 12noon and closes exactly at 12.

Very bad customer service. Very rude personal and sometimes they don’t even turn up on opening hours
