Professional service from the time of making the booking through to the job completion. Details were explained clearly by the tradesperson. Over three appointments in just over a week, the tradesperson arrived on time and went above & beyond. Not often do we think this about tradies. And to cap it off, the invoice we received was well below what was anticipated. An all round excellent experience

I have recently had Port Macquarie Plumbing install a range of bathroom and kitchen fittings, a new Hot Water System, and to remove an old water tank from my back yard in order to relocate it and replace it with a new 5000 litre slimline tank. (not an easy task)

I am very fussy and their work in my opinion was excellent.
I have had dealings with several of their plumbers as well as their office staff. They provided prompt quotations when required and were always on site to undertake their work at the agreed day and time.

All were very obliging and pleasant to work with and their rates were entirely reasonable. I believe they are a nice size organization so as to have a good range of experience.

Port Plumbing replaced our kitchen tap for us at short notice. Sarah, the Operations Manager, is just so easy to do business with and even provided a quote, with options, before the plumber arrived. The whole team provide quality workmanship with a professional, friendly attitude.

Happy to recommend Port Plumbing. Sarah took my call and booked in a tradesman for the next day ( it wasn't an urgent job) giving me a 1.5hr window for them to attend. On the day she phoned within that time window to say they would be there within 30 minutes, "was that ok?". Jordan arrived and did his job quickly and professionally. As trades go, I would regard their service as good value for money. Cannot ask for better than that.

From quote to finish of job the whole team were prompt friendly and very thorough. Found and assessed leak. Tested system and provided with a very reasonable quote. So pleased with their work, reliability and attitude. Highly recommend the whole team at Port Plumbing.

After trying to get onto another company for 2 days, with no response to voice messages and text messages, I called Port Plumbing at 6pm at night. They answered my call straight away, and fit me in for my job as soon as possible, which happened to be 8:30am the next day. The workman turned up exactly on time, he was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the problem I was having. After 30 minutes, he filmed our pipes to show us that the problem was fixed and he was on his way. I am so happy I called Port Plumbing, and I will definitely be using them again!

Great service! During some garden work, discovered that there was a bit too much ground water present, dug down to reveal an obvious leak. Called Port Plumbing & they were there within a very short space of time & dealt with the leak, no fuss!
