We had to put our dog to sleep and the vets and nursing staff were so nice, compassionate and didn't rush us at all

This clinic has been so accommodating to me the past 2 times I have visited, they have made space for my dogs on both occasions at short notice and all of the staff have been kind, caring and knowledgeable.

Caitlin and Liz and Tham were so wonderful. They attended to my dog who has a hotspot problem on a Saturday morning which was such a relief for me. My dog is now recovering well and thanks to them treating him immediately. I can't thank them enough. Well done to the team on the Saturday. You are simply amazing.

The vets and vet staff and care are outstanding.

They have been provided wonderful service for both big and small animals both in the surgery for small and on farm for large stock.

I saw Tash, she was very helpful with the visit explaining what to do with my sick dog, the medication she gave me had worked a treat and my dog has now recovered. Very impressed.

Attended with my new puppy for vaccinations and the vet was lovely! Jacko was spoilt with treats and I felt that he was thoroughly checked over. Very pleased with the service and I have no doubt that Romsey Vet Clinic will be caring for our little boy for many years to come.

Nothing but a good experience. Dr josh was absolutely amazing with my boy peter, explained and showed me everything he was doing and was patient with him. Also want to say how absolutely lovely Caity was over the phone and her willingness to help. Definitely my preferred vet for my two horses from now on! Thank you guys!

Just want to give an honest appraisal of Romsey Veterinary Clinic. We brought in our new puppy Louis last week to have a full check over. Michelle was very thorough and took her time to explain everything about our puppy's health and any concerns. We really Appreciated her caring nature.

Excellent vet clinic.

Josh saw my cat at very short notice over the weekend and is a very thorough vet. He took the time to explain test results and treatment options in detail.

The clinic was extremely busy at the time so to get an appointment at short notice and an excellent level of treatment was appreciated.

I will be taking all my pets to Romsey Veterinary Surgery in the future.

Outstanding service from the vet when we had to send our old dog on a long sleep. We were able to do this outside in the garden and nothing was rushed. Our unpleasant duty was made as nice as possible thanks to the lovely and caring vet.

I picked up a puppy for my Mother that had travelled from Perth that appeared sick. It was a Sunday and no other Vets were open and the few that were, booked out.
I was travelling through Romsey and managed to get a appointment within the hour. Great service and staff, the price was relatively high but being a Sunday was understandable and was well worth the price for a Sunday appointment with a vet without notice. The puppy was fine just drained from the epic trip, thanks again to Romsey Vet's!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr Josh Ellis. From my first encounter with him, when we took along our genetically "challenged" puppy Doris, he was thorough and kind and explained his thought process and decision making in a way that I really connected with.

Last year my darling elderly greyhound Audrey suddenly presented with some unexplained lameness and puzzled everyone for a few months as to what was going on by being vague and weird with her test results and symptoms. Josh was thoroughly professional each and every time we saw him and compassionately balanced what we could do that was going to improve Audrey's quality of life with what we could do that was only going to make the humans feel better and not the dog. When the time came that Audrey made it obvious it was an osteosarcoma and she had had enough, Josh was there for her and for me, despite my having woken him at 4am before my own logic had kicked in. Josh allowed Audrey the dignity of a peaceful goodbye, safe on her favourite spot on the couch, surrounded with love. I will never have the words to thank him enough for making that tough day we knew was coming that little bit gentler.

I generally reckon vets as a whole are pretty wonderful folk - as smart, if not smarter, than medical practitioners and usually a lot nicer - and Josh is a stand out. Highly recommend him.

Nothing but the best things to say about Romsey Vet, everyone I've dealt with are amazing! Took my cat here in an emergency and the staff were so thorough in their communication as well as very compassionate and thoughtful in our highly stressful time. Originally came here as they were the only vet open at the time but they're now our regular vet, no going back after this amazing experience. Thank you Romsey Vet!
