Excellent service from start to finish. I gave a brief for a home gym setup and they came up with a package at an extremely competitive price. The installation team were fantastic and then Greg from the team dropped by personally after installation to check that it was looking good. Great pre and post-sales support and Evolution will be our go-to for all fitness equipment needs moving forward!

I recently bought a technogym spin bike from here. Greg went above and beyond with his customer service. I'm up in Sydney and he provided detailed photos, quick communication, the bike was packaged perfectly to ensure it was secure and protected during transport. 10/10 service!!!

We were helped by Greg which really helped us with tye choice of equipments that suits us, installation and delivery time. Good quality equipments as informed. And Brett, the installation manager, has done a wonderful job installing our equipments. The installation took longer times than expected because of our condition, yet they don’t charge us more and done the installation perfectly. Overall wonderful job and will definitely buy again from them.

I was recommended to Evolution by a friend and I was not disappointed! Communication with Rochelle was fantastic and she helped adjust a package to exactly what I wanted. I ordered on a Friday, equipment was delivered on Tuesday as promised. The communication with the delivery boys was great and all went smoothly. I recently bought a deluxe Smith Machine and have been delighted with the support I received from Greg at Evolution Fitness. I live in a small village about 20 minutes outside of Brisbane so I was a bit hesitant about buying a product and getting it delivered from Melbourne, especially during these Covid days! However, my Smith Machine arrived very promptly from Melbourne and just before Xmas, very happy with the product and the service and support I have received. I was after a complete gym setup, and after looking around and been disappointed with the lack of stock around i called Greg to see what stock levels he had.
He had just about everything i wanted in stock and what he didn't he substituted with another model, and even though it was a higher priced item, he sold it at the lower price of the item i wanted. He also did a great package deal and had it all delivered to me within 4 days. This is the second time i have now purchased from Evolution fitness, and i can highly recommend them. Will definitely be purchasing more things are i require from them

I was inspired by the range of stock available from Evolution Fitness Equipment and purchased several Christmas presents. Rochelle made it easy - discussing my budget, following up different options, no detail was too small - and then provided prompt delivery. No stress and made me a very popular Auntie! Doesn't get much better than that :)

We recently bought a Trampoline for Christmas for our children. It was ready for collection within a couple of days which surprised us given the fact we ordered it late in December which is a very busy time! The service from Rochelle and the entire team was welcoming and friendly and our children have been on the trampoline since and it is excellent quality. I highly recommend Evolution Fitness.

The fitness world can be a little intimidating at the best of times, however the staff here are very happy to allow you to test out the different equipment and are also knowledgeable about what they sell.

The staff member I dealt with was extremely pleasant, not pushy and very generous with her time.

I had apparently incorrectly sized up the free space in the my car, so we tried to fit something in to no avail. Didn't turn it into a drama and quickly helped arrange for the item to be sent to me via courier at a reasonable rate.

TL;DR

This is a great store staffed by people who are not only passionate about fitness but also their customers!

I placed a fairly large order on the day before Christmas, and the guys at Evolution went above and beyond. Despite calling up only half an hour before they fully closed over the holiday period, Caroline organised for Matt to deliver the equipment to a friends house absolutely free of charge, and even cut me a discount for Christmas. Just received the final item that was placed on backorder, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Cannot recommend them anymore.

I have bought a number of pieces of home fitness equipment over the years - a spin bike, kettlebells and weight plates. The team has been friendly and supportive and the equipment is high quality. Will definitely shop here again for all of my needs.
