Great place for a stop over!
Friendly staff and patrons, gentleman escorting me up the road because the pub atm was out of action. The highlight was steak night, $15 and wow it did not disappoint, cooked perfect and a great side salad. So if your after a budget room and a great feed this is the place.

A great Pub. Staff were super friendly, the Beer was cold and it had a great atmosphere. The food was amazing and big servings. Out of the 2 Pubs in town this one is hands down the best by a mile. Will definitely visit again next time we go to Melbourne. Love a good old fashioned "real" Pub with great food and good Beer 👍🍺

Stayed here for a night and it was perfect. Very accommodating to families and children, great food, very cold beer, a nice place to relax and very quiet place to sleep. The bar staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially with the kids! I wish I'd stayed here on previous visits through town. Couldn't recommend Riverina hotel enough.

Great Pub!! Stopped off for dinner. Very happy - delicious food, great value, and our dogs even joined us in the beer garden. Would stop for a meal on our next trip. The rump steak was very yum!!!

Gorgeous old pub! Mick and all the staff are so lovely, cold beers and delicious steaks just what we needed after a long drive. Well worth stopping in☺

We stopped by recently for a meal and the food was excellent! Hot, fresh and really nice meals. Far better than we thought. We would highly recommend this place for a nice lunch or dinner. The staff were really nice and welcoming as well and that makes a huge difference! Well done Riverina!!

Wanted to thank Mick who kindly gave us a bed in his Managers residence on Friday evening as there was no more accommodation available. His hospitality was second to non. In fact the Hotel staff , food and all was superb. Many thanks Jim and Toni

Lovely small motel/hotel in Holbrook central. The owner is very helpful and flexible when our booked ensuit room was not available. He quickly changed us to another room with discounted price. Place is clean with bathroom/toilet outside, clean towels and toiletries. Coffee-tea area is free (self-service), big parking space in the back. It also has a playground next to the restaurant/pub and a jumping castle for kids. We stayed over a Saturday night when 2 kids ate free dinners with 1 adult meal purchased. Good price for 30Dec night!

Mick the publican took such good care of us while I was traveling with my elderly grandmother. I can’t recommend the Riverina highly enough. Our meals were excellent too!

We came to Holbrook by chance for a quick stop over, and we were blown away by how amazing the Sunday roasts and meal size were. Authentic Aussie flavours, good vibes and great customer service.

This place has become our new mandatory stopover landmark.

Having driven for hours on a forty degree day, we were welcomed and thoroughly looked after by the team at the Riverina. Thank you for having us for the night and for going out of your way to accomodate my family and I on an evening that was completely booked out across town.

Great meals. Came through here on our way up to Queensland and had lunch here again on our return to Melbourne very friendly staff and very accomodating. Look forward to coming back here again next January on our next road trip

Great old pub that served its purpose as a pit stop on a journey up the coast. The room was cheap, the shower was hot and the staff were lovely. Decent pub grub and a nice pool table outside, what more could you want. Thanks Sam and the crew at the Riverina Hotel.

Our family ate here tonight and highly recommend it. Great value for money - good meals at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly.
Mediterranean Pizza with gluten free base - nice thin base, couldn't tell it was gluten free. Toppings were a good combination.
Roast of the day was excellent. The veggies were the star - crisp skin roast potatoes, pumpkin and carrot and the peas/corn/cauli weren't overcooked.
Kids loved the steak and chips.

Shout out to the chef who was very friendly (Joan I think).

Love this country town hotel. Has great food options, great prices, quiet street, big outdoor area for groups/families and play area for kids.

Management and Staff were great, friendly and food terrific. Locals welcomed us with open arms and a hidden treasure off the Hume. We are going back and already booked in for next year.

The hotel has free accommodation for campervans, which we gratefully made use of on our way back to Canberra. We enjoyed a lunch from the bistro while our little boy had a ball on the jumping castle and the playground in full view as we ate in the beer garden. The food was so good that we decided to have a takeaway dinner that evening too and it didn't disappoint. It is an old establishment with so much character. The staff were efficient and very friendly with terrific food at great prices. Will definitely be back on the next trip.
