Kisaan Estate Winery

This place doesn’t look like much from the road but the wines are fantastic (I highly recommend the Pinot noir and the Chardonnay!) and Chris the owner was a delightful host. We’ll definitely be back.

I highly recommend stopping in here. Chris was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. A beautiful place to sit and have a glass of wine. The wines were amazing and very easy drinking. We will definitely be back!

We finally got to swing by this afternoon after wanting to for so long and we were not disappointed. The venue had a homely feel and the Chardonnay did not disappoint, we will be back!

This place was an amazing find. Looking for a winery to spend a couple of hours in, we had a few choices and settled on this one and boy were we glad with our choice. We ended spending a lovely afternoon talking to the head wine maker and the wines were such a delight. I’m still dreaming about their Rosé 11 months later. Must visit this place.

Small but personal place, thought we were driving into someone's private home before we realized it was the correct place. Chris came out from his home and was wonderful, great wine, shared his history and his family's story, made it a close and personal experience. We loved the wine, bought a bottle of everything we tried as it was so nice. We did not realize they can also do food, Chris said to pre order and they can do traditional Fiji food as that is what they would have as a family. Looking forward to doing that next time. Thanks Chris....

I dropped in on 6 October. Knocked on the door, got no answer. Looked around the place and found no-one. I was about to leave and Chris appeared. So glad that he did!
He explained that he had just been trimming some vines and later explained that he does all the work to produce the wines on his own.
We tasted 4 wines: the Rose, a 2021 Chardonnay, a 2021 Shiraz and 2020 Shiraz. We had visited 4 wineries before this one. Two corporate, one boutique. The corporates charged for a tasting; the boutiques did not.
Kissan stood out. All 4 wines we tasted were excellent.
We had a good chat with Kissan too, learning about his background in environmental science and his passion for wine. His knowledge and dedication is reflected in the high quality of his wines.
I can't recommend highly enough. Great wine and a great tasting experience.

Very highly rated!!! Great host, lovely wines... If you find nobody attending the tasting area, simply go and knock on the door of the large house and youll be sorted. Cheers 😊

Kisaan estate is a winery not to miss.

On the small side and if you plan on staying for a bottle or two you will be seated on in a shed.

However the wine is very nice, reasonably priced and the owner is lovely.

We bought 3 bottles of the chardony which was amazing. Would have also bought some reds if we were in winter.

A lovely experience drinking the delicious wines of Kisaan Estate and talking to the owner.

A hidden gem indeed. Beautiful wine, wonderful atmosphere & people, all while enjoying a scenic view (+occasional skydivers falling through the clouds)
