I came in after 9am on a Thursday. Waited only few minutes to do a blood test. It was a quick and efficient service. The only issue is that the carpark is pretty small and crowded.

It was a Friday afternoon and I came here because it was close to my optometrist, and I'd just been emailed a blood test request in advance of a day procedure scheduled for Monday.

It wasn't busy and I didn't have to wait at all.

Kate was courteous and professional. I'm a phlebotomist with a different company (with it's own procedures) so I can't comment on procedure, but her technique was spot-on, her manner was flawless.

If people complain about waiting, it may be that they came early in the morning when everyone comes at once for fasting bloods. It may also be that when the service is good, the reputation spreads and the demand is high. Isn't that better than going to a poor performer who has nobody queueing?

Best phletomists are here. I had traumatising experience at other melbourne pathology ( eastern and maningham ) but here i went couple if time evertome they are so gentle and succesful in first attempt . Not like other sites where they poke me atleast 2 times sometimes 3. Only drawback is sonetime wait time is brutal too long if early at the days specially Monday. onsite parking availble. staffs are warm and seating insite 👍
