Glenn was skilled in taking blood sample - painless and fast! Methi was was efficient in following procedure in blood test. I would recommend this branch.

Had a blood test this morning, a very nice Colombian nurse (i wish i knew her name) did my test. She make me very comfortable and i don't even feel the niddle.

Just wanted to thank the pathologist Mathi who was super awesome. After couple of others failed attempt to draw blood (not their fault, just happened) Mathi was called in and she completed her task very confidently, with a friendly chat and in no time and no pain. Thanks Mathi.

The phlebotomists are always so lovely. I had my GTT with Xenosila (forgive my spelling). She is so professional and well spoken. I always have a good experience here and that's why I come back. All those lower reviews are from impatient people who think they are the only patient in the building.

Went there to have my GTT and I already prepared myself to be treated negatively due to the reviews that I've read online, but it was a total opposite. All the staffs were very nice! The pathologist who entertained me was very gentle and I was comfortable with her all through out the 2hrs that I stayed there. Good job!!!

As always good service and friendly staff. The nurses usually take about 3 tries before a vein is located. Last 6 visits first time every time. !😄

Not sure why all these bad reviews. I went to have blood works done for my 3yr old. They were very professional, looked after my kid well.

I had Kate take 4 viles, fast and painless and she was a delight.

A good place and nice service from the nurses. Would recommend if you live close here or looking for a pathology and also really gentle with my kids and me :)

The location on maps was not very accurate

Surprised to see so many bad reviews for this place. Maybe the staff have changed or something. Personally, on the 4 or so times I've visited over the last couple of years, I've always had a good experience. The staff are always nice, considerate, respectful, gentle and personable. Usually waiting times aren't too bad and there's always somewhere to park. I'd give have given them 5 stars, but the waiting room is a bit small and cramped, so when it does get busy you're better off waiting outside.

Good clean place. Results are send within days

Had no problem during time at pathologist but now seeing another review saying they lost or didnt send results to GP makes me wonder because i am going back for a test but i was sure i had already done this one! Now im sure i did and its beeen lost!! Not good enough! Seriously!!

Pathologist arrived in the car park with a line of 4 patients waiting at 7.35am when the clinic is supposed to be open and running at 7.30am. He dawdled out of his car past the patients, with no greeting and no apology for being late or keeping us waiting looking like he would rather be anywhere else. We then sat in the waiting room with no greeting or no apology for another ten minutes waiting for the staff member to get themselves set up. Surely staff should be arriving at least 15 mins before their shift to get everything sorted prior to peoples arrival. Good customer service would also entail acknowledging you are late, apologizing and explaining you won't be much longer. As I was leaving another staff member arrived around 7.50am. This was not professional.

Previously like this place, the nurse was good and did a good job. Today got jabbed twice, wasn't sure if you are allow to get the more experienced nurse to take blood from you or have to get pierced once for nothing then get the experienced one to help you.
I don't mind helping people who get training, but if you want to train nurse with patients who has tiny vein, tell her the truth. You didn't get the blood, nothing comes out then it means you didn't choose a suitable vein. Don't blame the patient, that patient didn't let needle stay in there long enough! It's been there quite a while and no blood comes out. Nurse can learn from their mistakes too, don't just cover up.
After the second one, I was pressing my wound, the nurse ask me, why are you pressing, she was afraid me accusing her being not professional, and keep saying I'm not bleeding anymore no need to press. And this after there are two patch of bruse on my arm.
Very disappointed, don't want to come again.

I wish I could give them a zero rating. We did the blood test as per recommendations by our GP to check whether my wife has conceived. And they took 6 bottles of blood and urine only to tell me that the pregnancy status is not there as somehow they missed or forgot to report that. This is utter negligence and no way it can be accepted to play with people emotions time and most importantly tax payers money! Never have I ever seen anything like this before! I wish the management can check this out! I will email them with blood test results as well. Never coming back again!

I went for blood test to this place for the first time, I had a man named mik I think his name was, very rude, on his phone infront of me and didn't have any gloves on at all , I also have big bruise from blood test, was very painful. I will not go back.

Really bad experience. Many other patients and I waited for more than an hour and the staff came out saying that there would be a Covid cleaning. What! Are you serious? This is not emergency or disaster alarm that you kick patients out just for Covid cleaning? Why dont do it after hours or lunch time or weekend? I dont blame the staff, this is ignorant management and no EMPATHY for waiting patients.
