Thanks very much to both Jason and Swanie for all their help and patience whilst we chose our lights. We came back four different times and not once did they put the pressure on us to buy. Jason delivered the light all boxed safely and both globes and light boxes where labeled with the rooms they where to go in.

This is what great customer service looks like. Other business can learn a lot from this family business. I don't recommend much but I have already spoken to many people of Shani Lights since I walked into their store last Saturday.

We recently renovated our house and Jason from Shani Designs provided much of lighting. My experience on two occasions has been simply outstanding. I can’t remember in recent times dealing with anyone else with the same customer service orientation. I’m not one for writing reviews but couldn’t resist this one.

Great shop with great people! We were searching for particular style for weeks and only by chance we visited the store- and found exactly what we were looking for ! The item was delivered free and within 2 days which in these covid days it is greatly appreciated.
Also got recommended electrician and he did the job fast, on public holiday for reasonable price.
Overall great experience and will definitely come back for future lighting needs.

Our experience with Jason was fantastic. He and his wife were very helpful and their range of lighting was plentiful. They were very hospitable/welcoming and were very accommodating of our young child offering treats and toys to keep her occupied while we discussed our needs. Do yourself a favour and have a look at this place if you are looking for this sort of thing as their prices are very reasonable compared to the rest. I’d certainly recommend this place 👍🏼

There are plenty of lightings to choose from classic to modern. Friendly advice and prices are affordable. Best place to find the perfect lighting for my place.

These guys are amazing! No one has lights like theirs, the lights are individual and spectacular. I purchased 3 pendants, they did me a great deal and chucked in globes. Couldn't be happier! Great service, great products, genuin people with great advice!

I visited Shani Designs not too long ago, the owners were both super kind to me and they had so much knowledge around lights! I was overwhelmed at the start because there were so many options but they were able to assist and suggest a lamp with the brightness level. It has changed the whole mood of my living room! Definitely recommend if you want the right light.
