Holbrook is always a great stop over location. Peaceful and friendly. Byer Inn was clean and simple. Perfect pool area for kids and some nice surrounding grass areas. Restaurant available, looks neat and inviting. Will stay again.

Stayed Wednesday 1st November, owner was most helpful, friendly nothing to hard to accolade us, the rooms so clean, beds comfortable, that’s a plus. Overall really good nights sleep. A nice and quiet setting as well, , bonus.
Ordered room service, loved our meals, home style cooking.

The perfect place to stop when heading from Melbourne to Sydney. The room was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and had electric blankets, which we really appreciated. A quiet location with easy parking at the door of the unit. The hot shower and excellent water pressure was just perfect. I didn't meet Ben but really appreciated his helpful message prior to our arrival.

No booking, but managed to get a room on a Friday afternoon travelling from Melbourne to Sydney. Dinner ordered when checking in and it was delivered to my room 20mins later. Perfect. Thankyou

I had not heard of Holbrook before but I am glad that I have now.
On a business trip from Melbourne and when I booked a room, which was considerably cheaper than any other accommodation in the area, to find a nice little motel with clean rooms, a good restaurant & fantastic staff.
Oh and a nice swim in the pool.
I highly recommend a stay here.

Brilliant stop when I was too tired to continue. With everything you would normally expect, but so much more. So well laid out, with quality coffee in the room (important). Swimming pool was perfect for my back pain. Room is large, so is shower (with excellent pressure). All dishes, tea towel, dishwashing liquid, etc supplied. I could go on. 😍

Have stayed here a number of times on my way to Melbourne. Quiet location, clean, comfortable rooms. No fuss friendly service. Room always ready on time. Highly recommend.

Really happy with our decision to stop off here overnight on our way from Melbourne to Sydney. Room was a good size, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was pretty busy, and the food was good. The chef was trying out a new chicken curry recipe that was really delicious. Service was helpful and friendly. We continued our journey refreshed and relaxed. We’d return.

The last minute roll in at 5.15 pm and a space was available.
Clean, tidy and very pleasant people at the desk.
This place fulfilled all my needs for the night and the pool was fantastic after a day on the road and walk into see the submarine in Holbrook. Room service eaten outside was very welcome and charming.
It's not 5 star but doesn't profess to be.

Great motel would highly recommend.
The room was immaculate clean. Wonderful staff that were super accommodating with my late 9:30pm check in.
Great beds with good pillows and blankets.
Bathroom was a tad small and older but super clean lots of hot water and good pressure 👍 👍

It's not fancy, but it's more comfortable than most Sydney apartments! Decent bed, hot shower with good water pressure, nice towels, air con, good wifi, and it's convenient for travelers. Would happily stay here again :-)

Stopped overnight on our drive from Sydney to Melbourne. A great place to stop. The rooms are quite basic but clean and fresh which is all you need. Had a delicious dinner of bangers and mash in the restaurant, served up by friendly helpful staff. The owner was lovely and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Reminded me of our trips up the Hume in the 80s. Absolutely loved staying here. Very clean and easy to book. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely staff. Clean rooms. And the food at the restaurant was lovely also. Very accomodating for me daughter's meal (tweaking it a little from the menu).
Pool was nice and clean.
Wifi connection in the room was great, allowing my daughter to watch a movie.
Easy to find as on the main road.

Reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again if I'm ever travelling that way.

Very nice. When you pull up it does look a little worn on the outside, but the rooms are lovely, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. (Including cutlery!) There's also a convenient restaurant right at the motel.

The WiFi worked straight away; the password is displayed at reception and in the motel's information folder.

Reception staff very polite and helpful, room great, provided with a small bottle of real milk. Room has microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Room clean and tidy.
Restaurant not available as waitress sick, however room service provided. Food excellent.
We had scotch fillet steak and Hawaiian parmigiana- both cooked to perfection and all eaten up. Highly recommend this venue if you are in Holbrook
