Took my 5 year old on the 50-minute beginner ride and she can't wait to go again. Horses are beautiful and very calm, perfect for a beginner or child. Staff are extremely personable and great with the little ones. Appropriate safety brief, equipment is all in excellent condition. We look forward to making this a regular family outing.

I took my 2 young girls on the 50 minute bush ride today. Perfect for beginners, the horses are well behaved and just gorgeous. They look well looked after and happy. The property nice and tidy, amenities are there if you need to go. I saw there was a table area too, which is great if anyone is waiting.
The gear/equipment is clean and in good condition.
The 2 young ladies running the ride were professional, friendly, easy and fun to talk to along the ride. Loved the experience, one I'm glad to have shared with my kids (8 & 10) while we caravan around Australia.
The price is very reasonable, and they allow children 4+ to ride on the trail we did. It's only walking, so more advanced riders would probably want to choose a different ride.

These are real horse caring people with five star service for horses and clients! When we arrived all of our horses were selected according to our needs and there were multiple staff looking after us with such kindness and professionalism(and the turkeys with little soccer ball heads were hilarious). The whole ride was seamless and so pleasant with our guides at the head and tail, explaining us about our horses, nature, the area, history and whole lot more. Horses knew exactly what they were doing and they were impeccable and so gentle 💕💕 my 14 year old girl loved it so much, we are definitely coming back here every time we get to visit Port Stephens! Had a lovely time doing a beginner horse riding here. All staff were friendly and professional providing an enjoyable yet safe ride. Helmet and safety waiver are compulsory. Arrive early for introduction and fitting. We were doing a $75 one hour beginner trail. There’s an intermediate ride for a more confident rider.

We had a great experience. We took our three children who had never ridden before and they loved it. The booking process was very professional and the staff were great on our arrival. The safety demonstration was perfect for the kids and adults. During the ride the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The horses were calm and easy to ride.

I hadn't been on a horse since I was thrown off of one when I was younger. I had the best experience today! The staff were so calm and friendly, and they made me feel safe and reassured while I was riding. I recommend this place for all ages :)

We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children it was the first time for us to go for horse riding. I highly recommend this place as the staff were very kind, so experienced and very helpful. Even my youngest who is only8 was terrified to go for a rid but they took good care of her and put her on the first horse leading the group. It was really an amazing experience for all of us!
Also the horses looked very healthy and well trained.

But the accomodation not really clean under bed very dusty. Bed good the rooms good. Nice to getaway for weekend.

Took my 7 and 10 year old girls on a trail ride recently. We all loved it. Imogyn was very accommodating on the telephone and so helpful.

Jenna lead my 7 year old who had never been on a horse before and was very nervous. She reassured her and was super sweet and lovely. By the end of it my youngest couldn't stop talking about her horse Sisqo and wanting to ride again.

Honestly the best experience! Imogen and Gabrielle were amazing and so kind to the children. Horses were so calm and beautiful. Will definitely come back next time we’re up here. We created some beautiful memories today. Thank you!

Lovely people! It's my first time horse riding and I was a bit nervous but the entire bush ride was very pleasant. There wasn't any reason for me to be scared at all. I'm coming back to try the beach ride next time.

Thanks to all the staff who made us feel like part of the family. As first time riders, the experience was gentle and the trail picturesque. My kids were made to feel completely at ease first time in a saddle and were beaming with pride after their ride.

What a nice relaxing place I called in to go for a horse ride it is a nice place with about 20 horses they do Beach rides they go up to baruby beach and they meet at the lower car park at the end of James Patterson Street it is an enjoyable time riding up the beach and well recommended they also have a bush ride and I was talking to one of the staff and she said that they do disabled rides as well for the disabled I had an enjoyable time here and I would recommend this place from mwh

Staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable. Imogen gave a fantastic demonstration lesson before starting, very thorough and ensured we were all safe. The staff walked along the trail ride with us, to make sure we were comfortable as beginners, something I have never experienced before. At other places staff ride a horse as well, and aren’t as easily able to help you, but they have a fantastic style of running things here. Absolutely recommend, and will be coming back myself.

Great experience for my kids and me. Perfect birthday for my 7yo daughter, and the staff were patient with my 10yo who was afraid 😍🐴

My daughter and I did the 50 minute bush trail walk & absolutely loved it. The girls who were working had great customer service and were awesome with my daughter as well as the other young kids that were there. Would recommend and would definitely do it again! My daughter was beaming of excitement.
