JB Hi-Fi - Southgate

It all started when we had too many pints at 11am on a Tuesday. After enjoying these by the river, we decided that operation pirate life was a go. We must rent a boat. Unfortunately, in a idiotic move, we had forgotten our speaker. We turned up to JB Hi-Fi Southgate in search of their cheapest speaker. The lovely staff there directed us to their cheapest speaker, and gave us a half price offer. We then asked for directions to the nearest bottle shop. The amazing staff gave us these directions with the execution required to send three half cut reprobates to the nearest place to buy the cheapest white wine available from a fancy bottle. We then rented a boat - operation pirate life was a success. We owe it to JB Hi Fi Southgate.

Daniel and Alora were of great help. They know their work perfectly. Quality customer service from them is a sure thing if you visit this store.

We bought a phone here yesterday. The store and staff were excellent. Great product knowledge, very helpful and had everything we needed.

Just a small shop but had a good range of the general items. Jordan was super helpful and provided great service that made it a very pleasant shopping experience. Also a handy location albeit slightly off the main track.

This establishment is very small for a JB, it should perhaps be advertised more that it is not a standard JB as it was rather misleading and a bit of a disappointment to arrive to see that it was not a full size store.

However considering its small size, it is quite a handy shop with lots of good tech goodies. Certainly good if you're just in the need of quick Tech office supplies.

Waited outside JB Southgate location for 45min to open 8am as scheduled on Google & signed on door. No one showed

No phone number to contact the store, and no edit on Google Maps to reflect the store has been closed since March
