Dr Kylie delivered my 2 children under very different circumstances and each time she handled it like an absolute pro. She explained everything each step of the way and made me feel at ease at a very scary time.

We were able to discuss options in the lead up to each birth but ultimately, we let nature take its course and she was on hand to ensure their safe delivery.

Not only is Dr Kylie brilliant & kind, but her team are also amazing! Beilin was always greeting me with a smile and happy demeanor! Asking me how my parents were going etc It’s the small things that make an experience what it is..

Olivia always replied to emails and random questions I had, even if she didn’t have an answer for me immediately, she let me know that an answer was coming. So super friendly & even offered to give me a hand when I came in for my check up, with my newborn & toddler.

Highly, highly recommend Dr Kylie & her team!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kylie Goh to any expectant mother seeking obstetric care. As a first-time parent, her patience, expertise and attention were invaluable in addressing my (first time as a parent) concerns and worries. We are grateful and felt supported and informed in all our questions and decisions. Her clear communication and reassuring presence during labor and delivery were truly remarkable, resulting in a positive birthing experience. Thankful for her team too who was always prompt and patient in my emails and calls! :)

Kylie was my obstetrician for both of my pregnancies, and I couldn't have asked for a better healthcare provider. Throughout both pregnancies, Kylie's communication was exceptional, she was not only attentive but also empathetic, making me feel heard and cared for. Her professionalism was evident in every aspect of my care, and she tailored her approach to meet my specific needs.

I had an incredibly positive birth experience under Kylie's care, and my deliveries were healthy and smooth. Even after the deliveries, Kylie continued to impress me with her dedication. She visited me daily in the ward, ensuring my comfort and well-being.

I must also commend Kylie's amazing team, including Beilin, Olivia, and Sam. They were equally wonderful to deal with, enhancing the overall experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Kylie to my friends and family without hesitation. She is a true expert in her field, and her compassionate approach to patient care sets a high standard for healthcare professionals.Thank you Kylie xx

Just had my first baby with Dr Kylie Goh.

If I were to have another baby again I will definitely go back to her. (Or recommend to my friends)

Dr Kylie is very experienced, professional yet cares for your well being and has a strong attention to the minor details. You can tell that she’s very genuine and not just doing her job. My delivery and post partum went well all thanks to her!

Beilin the lovely nurse who supports her is another reason why I’ll come back to Dr Kylie Goh. Straightforward and also very meticulous in booking appointments, always being positive which was very helpful in challenging situations during my pregnancy.

I don’t think google review is sufficient to give them enough credit for their job well done tbh. I was sure in good hands. Thank you to Dr Kylie Goh, Beilin and the rest of the team!!

Sadly would not recommend. You would want a Gynae to be your wife’s advocate, especially so when it’s her first baby..

Kylie was very nice up till 3 weeks before the due date, when we mentioned to her that we had decided we did not want to induce the baby, as she had suggested. My wife had no health issues whatsoever but we initially contemplated an induction because Kylie was meant to go on holidays on the date our baby was due and we felt safe with her. However after much research and conversations with other medical professionals we decided to wait for a natural labour instead.

Kylie was evidently unhappy with our decision and pushed for an induction nonetheless. She made it seem like we had agreed to an induction before, which we never did as she had constantly reassured us that we had time to decide.

At this appointment, about 3 weeks prior to our due date, she started hard selling the induction saying that we were “risking” our baby’s health if we waited till the due date or after as there was no guarantee that it will be a smooth delivery naturally, and that if we go past the due date we’d have to be induced anyways. As it was my wife’s first pregnancy, we felt pressured and on hindsight “bullied” into eventually agreeing to an induction as we felt like we might be putting our baby and my wife at risk.

When we started the induction process overnight, our baby’s heart rate started dropping whenever the oxytocin levels were increased and during contractions. This might have been about 5 hours into labour and my wife was only 2 cm dilated. Kylie started pushing for a c-section at this time but my wife insisted on waiting. After another few hours my wife requested for an epidural which was administered. However, we suddenly had Kylie rush in with 8 or 9 other medical staff saying the baby’s heart rate had dropped significantly - only after the birth when we spoke with multiple other doctors and nurses did we realise this tends to be quite normal. At that point we were both overwhelmed as the nurses threw the theatre uniform at me and told me we had to head in for an emergency c-section, without giving us any time to process the news. We were not shown any evidence or given a proper explanation at the time as to why this was needed, which was a violation of our right to consent. Everything was over by about 5pm that day conveniently, our baby’s birth concluding the business day.

The next day Kylie apologized that she had to act fast and that an operation theatre had become available so she wanted to get it quickly. She was acting in her own interest, to ensure the baby was delivered as quickly as possible so that she does not have to wait around or be called back in later in the day. She had a flight to catch the next day.

It’s disappointing, that you put your utmost trust in a professional, only to realise we never got the best advice or felt pressured into decisions that we now regret. Our first birth experience was definitely not the best especially at a time when we were at our most vulnerable - with all that’s in the media now with “The Birth Project” we feel it’s timely to voice out and share our experience so that other parents-to-be are well informed when making an important decision to choosing a private OB and entrusting their lives and their unborn child’s life in their hands.

Sadly we feel like the induction was a decision of convenience at the end of the day so that we could fit into the OB’s “schedule”. We feel our vulnerability as first time parents was taken advantage of and do not wish this on others in the future. A birth should be an exciting time, not one filled with regret.

Referred to Dr. Kylie and request us to do ultrasound and the referral which is completely irrelevant issues despite we did full ultrasound scan less than a week ago. This isn’t a doctor, this is a business key to make profit
