I had a wonderful experience shopping at Dangerfield today. I’ve shopped at this store before but today was definitely exceptional and it was thanks to Lauren. She was more than happy to help me find the sizes of some pieces I wanted and really made me feel confident and happy about my purchase. It made the experience really enjoyable and memorable. Thanks again :)

Was looking for something nice to wear for my graduation and staff member Dallas was onto it!! They asked me what I was looking for and went all out with suggestions and styling, even suggesting and calling alternative stores to check stock for me. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and I ended up with an outfit that I utterly adore (and I cannot wait to make excuses to wear it whenever I can!) 11/10, this store is always amazing and the staff are always outstanding—especially Dallas and Max!!!!! <3

Dallas and Max were incredibly helpful today. There was a gorgeous red dress in the window and myself and another lady entered the store to find only 1 size 14 left. We both tried it on and it didn’t fit either of us, so Dallas and Max went to work to find the right sizes for both of us. A couple of phone calls later they had found and put on hold the dress in our sizes. I was very happy with not only their help but also their friendly and approachable manner.

Dallas, Matz, and Naiya all saved my pet frog from drowning in a bathtub, then proceeded to talk about fashion and security protocol. 10/10 experience, will defs be back :)

Great customer service at this store! I was served by Natalie who was so lovely and helpful, going out of their way to help me find the exact skirt I was looking for.

the team at this store were amazing at keeping up their positive attitudes despite the black friday rushes. Natalie, in particular, was very attentive and friendly while helping me choose between a few different shoes.

Went in today looking for something fun to wear to work - most corporate clothes are so dull they bore me to tears. The girls working today were a delightful help - Matz, Naya and Dallas made sure me and my friends were attended to and wanted for nothing! Absolute props to these girls for working on a very very busy December day and being so helpful! :D

Had the most supportive and lovely shopping experience at Dangerfield today, Richie was the sweetest and I’ll definitely be returning

i dont usually do reviews but i had one of the best customer service experiences here today and all the employees helped me so much and made me feel so welcome.. they complimented my outfit and told me i looked good it felt like i had been friends with them before

I love coming here from Ballarat, it's definitely my favourite stop in the CBD! The staff are so welcoming and they always have a great range, especially Princess Highway. Highly recommend:)

Freyja !!! I really can't say thank you enough for your care of me today ... my first pair of docs since the 90's. You really went over and above by calling me back and then sourcing (actually going to the store) my size from another store. Your kindness was really impacting and means more than I can say, i really appreciate you!!

the employees at this store, specifically Dallas, Matz and Freyja, literally made my experience in this store incredible, Freyja went above and beyond to get a product for me that wasn’t in stock at their store, which included literally leaving the store, the customer service was incomprehensible. these people deserve a pay rise ☺. Words can’t describe how nice they all were.

I really hope this is the right location but I just had the best experience! The lady serving me, I didn’t get her name but the one on the receipt is Samantha, was so lovely! She walked around the store with me because I was really overwhelmed. I ended up getting a mushroom purse, and two dresses but she was so lovely and made me feel so much better!

Amazing customer service here that I haven’t received before! A very lovely worker, not sure of her name but she had bright hot pink hair tied up and was wearing one of the pink overall dresses being sold, was so nice and helpful! She offered to help pick outfits together and had an amazing chat with a lot of laughs and friendly vibes. Would definitely come back to this store!

I think Alyssa may have saved my life. I was planning for my belated Baptism and I couldn't think of what to wear. Almost decided to go naked until this savior sent down from the heaven's helped me pick the most stunning Baptism appropriate fit you have ever seen. Saved my life and I slayed the day!

Went in looking for accessories for wife and there were Mary Jane shoes my wife had been looking for, for so long.
The shop assistant didn't think there were any left but went above and beyond, hunting through every box trying to find her size. Seeing the disappointment on her face when there was not her size she was down on hands and knees aliment to find this shoe for her.
Never seen a worker with such passion and care for there customer. Big ups to Natz

Beautiful staff and customer service! Unfortunately didn’t manage to get the names of the employees who helped us but the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming when entering! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — very easy to approach and more than willing to help out the customers with their needs!
