I highly recommend phlebotomist Dilay 10/10. She was so gentle with me after I had been at 2 other pathology centres and they were unable to get blood, she was able to draw blood. She went above and beyond to get my complicated testing done, even contacting Melbourne Pathology to assist with my situation and fitting me in right away. Thank you so much Dilay

Not good service at the reception! I was waiting in front of the reception desk and two staff members kept talking to each other. One male staff glanced at me four times and completely ignored me for a few minutes. I walked away and will never go back.

I would give a lower rating if they have the rating below that 1 star. The female receptionist and nurse both have attitude. They were showing their anger to the patient for their own mistakes. We wasted our time because of their lack of communication to each other. Do your jobs properly, I’m sure there are plenty of people who will justify that positions right now.
