The staff are very supportive and very welcoming towards students who are in difficult circumstances who are in need of help- Dominic especially has had lots of patience when dealing with me for a month and a half - he has led me to a successful pathway on to accessing SEAS/Scholarship - (I recommend asking for him) he is very supportive, kind and welcoming !! thank you Dom!

Janice at VTAC provided outstanding assistance. Her advice was invaluable, going beyond expectations. Her empathy and clear communication made the admissions process smoother. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of contacting VTAC, and let me say how very kind, patient, and helpful the Staff were to us . Ayeka, Chelsea, and Honey were a great help. They are very efficient, knowledgeable, proficient, kind, and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Forms and guide us correctly, and made the process simple, easy, and fast. I have found VTAC very helpful and professional answering all my queries. Whenever I call VTAC, I would get a prompt response and staff are very helpful and supportive. Overall the VTAC website is very easy to use and I always get email updates about important dates and guidance. Thank you VTAC.

I'm a little miffed at all the bad reviews here but my experience was polite, friendly and professional. I needed my ATAR score from years ago and 2 staff members were more than happy to help. Small fee, signed a form and confirmed my i.d and 5 mins later I was walking out with my certificate ; easy as. Thank you for the obliging service.

Extremely friendly staff and very understanding. Great customer service. Located close to domain tram stop and it's extremely easy to find locate it.
