Took the work van in with an issue where the driver's door wasn't sealing properly. I thought there was damage but the wonderful Gary diagnosed and fixed an incorrectly fitted seal within 15 minutes! Absolutely lovely service and would recommend without hesitation

I was very impressed with the works completed on my vehicle and moreso the premium customer service.
Overall it was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They replaced my license plate cover which had a crack in it and also touched up a couple scratches free of charge which doesn’t happen with most luxury brand companies as it is usually about making a dollar.

It makes the overall experience more personal rather than just transactional.

I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Auto Body and would use this service again.

What a fantastic place to get your Mercedes Benz repaired. The work is absolutely perfect, from customer service to repair and paint quality. Kevyn was so nice and professional to deal with. I still think he is the owner of this big operation for the service was too good to be true. Kevyn insisted he was not, but I have my doubts.

My brand new valente was side swiped on both sides yet you cannot in a million years tell. I have even had the vehicle checked out by another Mercedes dealer and they could not pick it was ever repaired.

Just picked up the family"s ML from Mercedes Autobody and I couldn't be happier with the job they did.
Windscreen was replaced it looks like it did on the showroom floor.
