Highgrove Bathrooms - Fawkner

After searching online for weeks, it was great to get in-store in see items for our en-suite renovation in person. Jason was incredibly helpful and offered his honest opinions, whilst also allowing us the space to deliberate over our options. So happy with the service, options and price offered at Highgroves Fawkner and will definitely be back for our next renovation.

Dealt with most of the guys in the store & they were all so helpful. Created a fantastic bathroom on a budget with all highgrove fittings. I’ll be back soon for my next bathroom reno!

We were very happy with the customer service at Highgrove Fawkner. Lance was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I visited the store many times with questions and the team was always ready to answer all my queries. The range is modern, functional and affordable. So happy to have found this store - will definitely return when we renovate our second bathroom.

We visited the showroom in Fawkner for the first time 30 June and were assisted by Michael. What an awesome Salesman!!! 10 out of 10!!!! He went above and beyond for us and so very easy to deal with. I cannot fault his service, product knowledge or their products. I would highly recommend Highgrove Bathrooms Fawkner for all your bathroomware and if you are lucky enough to get Michael as your Salesman, you certainly will not regret it. I will definitely be returning there for any future basins, tapwares or mirrors that I may need in the future.

We are currently renovating our bathroom and as someone with no experience I put my trust in Highgrove Bathrooms to assist me with choosing all the fittings. I was lucky enough to get approached by Lance at the Fawkner branch as soon as I entered the store and he was outstanding to deal with. I recently purchased a full en-suite set for a bathroom renovation at my home and was served by Lance. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was delighted to have his help as outstanding customer service these days can be rare. He made the process very simple and helped me think of things I never would have. I highly recommend Highgrove bathrooms as the quality of things far out way the competitors and the price is excellent value for money. Jason was excellent. He helped me source a tub that I needed immediately and sorted delivery to the other side of Melb. He was super friendly and very accomodating. Great customer service.

Honestly, I could not recommend a better place than Highgrove Bathrooms in Fawkner. Lance's customer service exceeded my expectations, as he went above and beyond for me and was able to assist me every single time I entered the store (there were many times!) I knew nothing about bathrooms or what I needed, but Lance is so knowledgeable with all the brands/products, which made me feel confident with each item I purchased. Highgrove's personal courier delivered the products seamlessly, and even spent the time to go through each product with me upon delivery. This added to my experience with Highgrove and is rare to find, I appreciate this.
Above all, Highgrove's products are modern, fairly priced and have great warranties, which is what I needed.
