Really lovely clothes to choose from to suit everyone. Great designer clothes to choose from plus when you join you get a discount on your next item as long as its not already discounted. I like the new staff and those who have worked there for a long time are great. Its a very friendly and helpful store. Mostly my entire wardrobe is Millers Clothing and its lovely to hear compliments about what i wear which is Millers.

Miller's Retail Ltd. is an Australian company that distributes women's apparel and accessories and is one of the country's largest retailers. It is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and had a market capitalisation of $360 million as at March, 2006.
Its sales for the year ending 30 June 2005 were $1.12 billion, with a net loss after tax of $103.4 million. This substantial loss was an unusual event for Miller's Retail and reflected considerable financial restructuring, including the revaluation of its businesses in Discount Variety. At the same time, the company told the market it had excessive inventory levels and pledged to address that, as well as to review buying practices in the future to avoid similar errors.
In its Apparel Division, Miller's Retail trades under the brands Miller's Fashion Club, Katies, Crossroads and Autograph, which all sell women's clothing, with a total of over 700 stores. In November, 2005, it sold its Discount Variety Division, which owned Go-Lo, Crazy Clark's, Look Sharp Concepts and Chickenfeed, which had a total of 335 stores at the time of the sale. Miller's Retail sold its interest in the discount variety businesses after a price warwith competitors had a major impact on the profits of the division. Private equity investor Catalyst Investment Manager and CHAMP acquired the group, the new entity being called Australian Discount Retail.
Millers Retail's core business is the Miller's Fashion Club, a club or loyalty program, which has more than 2.8 million members across Australia and New Zealand[citation needed]. It is a highly regarded business which runs with low overheads and well-respected buyers.
The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1998. Its founder, Ian Miller, left the Managing Director's position in 2003, although continued for a time as Managing Director of Apparel Division and remains an executive director of the company.

I visited the Millers Oakleigh store 03.06.20 to give back and receive a refund for goods purchased online. A reason for the return: a size did not fit. I had with me a bag in which the goods were sent, all the necessary papers for the return, and the goods themselves with a label. The first thing the seller told me was that it is necessary to have an online confirmation of the purchase with you since there are price and buyer details. Furthermore, instead of returning to the store which will cost me nothing, the store consultant immediately offered me to return the goods via post, and pay $10 post fees. Very strange behaviour of the store consultant, I did not ask for other ways of return and did not ask for advice, I made a trip and came particularly to this store to return the goods in the store. It became immediately obvious for me that the store consultants did not want to serve me and the girl was not competent in what she was doing. When I was going to show an online confirmation of the purchase it to the seller, she told me that she didn't feel comfortable and she would not make the return of the goods.
I was highly displeased with this kind of customer service and I asked for their names to be able to contact the company's customer service department. As far as I know, all store consultants should have nametags, but in this store, it is not a rule for some reason. The salesperson wrote a contact detail of the department and rushed out of the room, slamming the door loudly. I want to note, that this is an act of absolute rudeness and completely inappropriate behaviour of the consultant. The girl looked young, chubby, had dark hair and a bob haircut. Next to her was another saleswoman (a slender woman, a short haircut and blonde hair), and instead of helping to resolve this issue, she simply agreed that it was better for me to return the goods through the post service and pay $10 in post fees.
I am very frustrated and shocked that I faced such horrible customer service and unprofessionalism. I believe that this type of workers should not work in the industry. With their inappropriate behaviour and attitude towards customers, they irreparably destroy a good image of the company and brand.

As a result, I had to spend another hour driving to another Millers store. In another store there was absolutely no problem with the return, I gave the purchase back to the salesperson and received a gift card instead of cash or transfer since I didn't have a credit card used for that purchase with me. The case was opened and closed in ten minutes. Very quick and professional customer service.
Nevertheless, due to the incident in Millers Oakleigh an unpleasant aftertaste was still present and most likely we won't buy this brand again. Most horrible shopping experience so far.

I came to pick up my puffer jacket after paying online. It was stated that their shop closes at 9PM. But when I came here, it was already closed. Please update your business hours on Google. I have to come again and each trip takes about 30 mins on train. Feeling very frustrated.

I am a long time Millers customer, however my experience in Oakleigh store today was very bad. Sales Assistant said she will close the store in 5 min for lunch. Then, when it was still one person in the queue to pay, she started to yell on me to leave the store. So, I left all clothes I chose & left. The result was bad: the store didn' get my money & I was shouted out of the store. Mila Churilov. Ii6 Apr 2023

Today, i came into the store after this last lockdown. The store employee (Haroula) was quite rude. She was alone in the store, and a few customers wanted to pay for their items.

She was quite chatty with one customer, leaving thode of ud who just wanted to pay & leave.

Her priority should be serving those customers who have their items rwady, not 'help' the customer look for her items, leaving those at counter frustrated.

Will not come back.
