Returning to this restaurant after five years, the food maintains its consistently high quality. Their fried chicken remains the best I've ever had in Melbourne – incredibly moist and not dry at all. I truly love this restaurant.

Group of our friends attended to this place on a Saturday late night and the food was really good. It was not so busy as it was just before midnight , howver the team was warm and welcoming. They even made alterations to one of their dishes to cater to my frinds' dietary preferences. Really tasty food. Affordable price for the quantity that they serve. Definitely recommend this place👍

Lovely warming service. Went for lunch and there were a wide variety of food available. All was fresh and delicious, especially the grilled meats. Included sashimi and raw marinated prawns for the price which was unbelievable value. Good desserts and even had a soft serve machine. A fan favourite was the army stew as it warmed us all up and was flavourful. Wonderful experience and would go again. 5/5

Hidden Korean restaurant with delicious foods.

Came here few years ago but forgotten about it until I was checking the nearby Korean restaurants.

We ordered the LA Galbi, tofu stew, and potato wedges with cheese. The galbi was tender and full of flavour while the stew was spicy (not too strong).

The owner was friendly and the place was really clean. We went there around 3.30pm so was quite empty.

We will come back again next time.

Not the Korean food connoisseur but I really did enjoy the food here.
We got the bulgogi bbq set and teboki, along with a couple of cocktails.
It's ok if you don't know how to do Korean BBQ, they staff here are very tentative and always keep an eye on your food, they will turn the meat and adjust the heat accordingly. The Kim chi stew that came with the bbq set is perfect for a cold night.
Cocktails were mediocre, however at $9 it's too cheap to take a star away.
I will be back! Although highly recommend making a booking, even if you do come at 6pm for early dinner

Me and my friend decided to come to Darac cause it just few foot steps away from my house. We ordered Ox Tongue, Fried Chicken Wings and Jajangmyeon for dine in. I must say the Fried Chicken Wings was my favourite. The Ox Tongue was so soft and flavour of Jajangmyeon could not go wrong, absolutely delicious. I wanted to order more because the Galbi and Army Stew look super tempted, but I will save it for next time when I bring more friends here. And we also have 2 cocktails, which was Yakult Soju and something…Frog (made with midori). Both of us ended up getting stuffed and incredibly happy about the dinner. Highly recommend Darac !!

darac has been around for quite a while, but it has been our burning restaurant secret (until now!) We made reservations on a particularly chilly Saturday night for darac and it turned out to be a good thing - the restaurant was turning people away because it was full!

They sell a wide array of Korean dishes, including huge jugs of soju. I especially love love love the army stew here - the standard version comes with a wide variety of ingredients like tofu, macaroni, pork belly slices, spam and tteokbokki. If you prefer to have more spam, you can either order the spam sausage stew or just ask for it as an add on!

Do NOT forget to order ramen because it just goes so well with this stew. The staff will also constantly add hot water to your stew as you demolish it. We didn’t think it was too spicy, but would be good to check with the owner when you order if you have specific preferences.

Came down to about $20-30 pp which I thought was reasonable. See you soon darac!!

This cute little cosy restaurant worth to check out! Service very efficient! We got the budae jigae(army stew) on the menu known as pork shabushabu sausage, must have corn cheese, chicken valcano and cheese pork cutlets.

Good vibes, very cool decor and most importantly great food! Had the army stew and seafood pancake.
PS. Seafood pancakes are actually a lot thicker compared to the ones I'm used to in Sydney. And be careful, it has fresh chilli infused in it! 🤪

I love their military stew, they are my favourite! Cost $37.00 for pork shabushabu (can feed up 2-3 ppl) and you can add extra stuff for an affordable price. 👌

First time had Korean Army Stew. It was amazing.

Love the kpop songs playing in the background, not too loud to drown the conversation.

Authentic Korean barbecue and cuisine, reasonable price, staffs are polite. Surprisingly, wash room quite well decorated and clean. I would come back with friends.

My first experience of Korean food in my life about back in 2012, have been coming back ever since. Very delicious!

food was incredible, the establishment was very aesthetically pleasing and the customer service was incredible, also it was great value for what you pay go check it out.
