I have genuinely never experienced customer service as good as Garry had shown me. I was given a wine opener for Christmas however had accidently broken it. I emailed Garry on the far stretch that I could return and replace the product. I was unable to provide a receipt nor proof of purchase (Standard T&C's across all retailers in order to apply for a replacement). Garry understood my situation and arranged a replacement free of charge! Highly recommend Boyd and Co for all of your wine accessory needs. (Especially their wine opener!)

Excellent service
I couldn’t believe I received my aerator in two days. The ordering process was easy and a nice little note when the parcel arrived. The product is great and would happily recommend this company to anyone. I will certainly use them again.
