After reaching out to nearly 10 photography studios, we ultimately chose Phenomena to capture our wedding. We are incredibly grateful to Allen for providing us with ample information and addressing all our concerns during our initial meeting. On the wedding day, everything went seamlessly, and we felt well taken care of. It must be emphasized that both our wedding photos and video far exceeded our expectations. For us, Phenomena was undeniably the right choice, and we highly recommend them!

We booked Phenomena for our wedding four years ago. However, due to COVID, we had to cancel all our wedding plans. Allen assisted us efficiently altered the package for our son Lao's christening. Frank was the photographer on the day. He was incredibly friendly, offering me a lot of advice and assistance. We received our photos before Christmas and selected the album pictures. Throughout working with Phenomena, they showed professionalism and patience.
We are delighted with our choice and will recommend them to our friends and family in the future.

Phenomena did my engagement photo shoot. Allen was very supportive from the first time I contacted him. When I asked for his input in selecting a venue, he suggested venues with beautiful scenery and high quality services for affordable prices. He was very easy to communicate with. The photos from the engagement were so candid, everyone looked so nice, he captured all of the guests, and special occurrences during the celebration. The photos looked natural too and even during the photoshoot Allen encouraged us to be ourselves 🙂

From the moment our photographer, Frank, joined us, he was straight to work. He captured every little moment and detail and made us feel very comfortable and not feel super posed when taking shots of us (which is what we wanted and is clearly evident in the photos themselves). Super efficient in getting all of the group photos done and incredibly friendly with a calming aura, once again, making us feeling relaxed throughout the day as we knew he had control of what was being taken and could see the final product in mind.
All in all, a super easy experience as these guys are extremely professional and efficient in their processing times as well as being open to capturing exactly what aesthetic you want for the day. Also, incredibly beautiful photos for the most reasonable price ever and we cannot wait to cherish these immaculate shots for the rest of our lives.

Phenomena took on the photography and videography for my sister's wedding. I also hired Phenomena to capture my son's 4th birthday photos, and the results were fantastic. The photos turned out great, and both the kid and the family feel comfortable with our photographer. We had a wedding consult with Allen prior to our wedding. He was fantastic and very informative. We were able to also do this via zoom which was also very helpful with the busy lives we lead.

On our wedding day everything was easy and seamless. Allen took us to different locations around the city and then Frank met us at our reception.

We chose Phenomena for our wedding photos after looking at lots of folios and meeting different photographers, including some who cost a lot more. Allen takes striking shots, is a pleasure to deal with, and the photo packages are good value. When our digital files came back with wedding party dresses the wrong shade, Allen had them fixed immediately. We’ve had so many comments from guests and friends about how good the photos are. Our photo enlargement is printed on canvas and it’s luminous. Highly recommended.
