Welcomed by some cheerful staff, offered a wide range of flavours to choose from. All looking delicious, at a reasonable price. Very Happy with the seating area also, a pleasant over view of the river.

Overall easily the single best ice cream place I have ever visited.
I tried three flavours, the Ferrero Rocher, mint choc chip and salted caramel, they were all top tier. I've never had Ferror Rocher ice cream that actually tasted so much like biting into the actual thing, it was amazing.
Staff were cool, professional and approachable.
Seating area was clean, tidy and out of the way of the serving area, and there were newspapers available to read too.
Highly recommended, well worth the experience!

10/10 ice cream. We had a long walk and pull in this ice cream shop. It’s amused me at the first sight. The ice cream got a strong taste of natural flavor, not just sweetness. They gave me this huge cones of ice cream and everything taste sooo good. They also have options for dairy free and taste just so freshy. Again 10/10 and must try.

Excellent ice cream and very conveniently located inside Southgate with heaps of seating. The lotus biscoff was yummy. I requested the server with the cap for a biscoff biscuit and he obliged! Thank you for being kind.

Delicious!!! Had butterscotch and salted caramel, while friends had vanilla and mint slice. Husband had coffee which was also very good and luckily for him they had coffee as every other place in food court that used to serve coffee closed permanently. Such a shame. But anyway hope Cups n Cones can stay open to serve delicious sweet treats!

Delicious gelato, stoped with the family after mothers day . Golden gaytime ,Creme Brulee and white chocolate raspberry were amazing.

Cookies and cream could do with more cookie but the ferrero rocher was absolutely excellent which is why I am still giving it a 5.

Staff and atmosphere were great too.

I frequent this ice cream shop and have noticed a boy by the name of Reece hasn’t been there recently? He is beyond friendly and treats his customers respectfully while listening to their requests. My son adores him and asks me quite often if we can attend the ice cream shop. I hope to see his return soon as he brings a very charismatic attitude to an already established business.

I personally love the pistachio ice cream as an added recommendation for those looking for a reasonably priced ice cream shop

So glad that i stopped by and tried their ice cream.. We had dark chocolate and gaytime ice cream, both were superb..They have so much variety of flavors that confuses you.. Quick service and don't forget to SIGN UP for their rewards program and you get two scoops for the price of one. Enjoy.. xxx

What a pleasant surprise. A perfect coffee sitting outside taking in the view of the Yarra and Melbourne.

Large selection of flavours, making it difficult to choose - but the salted caramel is to die for!

Delicious ice cream, would definitely recommend the golden gaytime and sour straps. Very generous scoops as well, we visited multiple times during our trip. Affordable and great.

Stopped in after some dinner at La Camera and enjoyed some delicious ice cream. Scoop sizes were great and the flavours were just amazing. Maltesers and cookies and cream were a delight. My husband enjoyed the chocolate mint and it was a hit too!
