Super Bowl Pho & Bun Bo Hue

My partner and I always come here and their Pho never disappoints! They have a student special for lunch on weekdays 12$ bowls 2-5pm but even without it their prices are unbeatable :) great for lunches and dinner as well as great hang over food ❣

Vegan options were explained to me so much better the next time I came here and there are quite a few to choose from! Really happy that they do not use mock meat in their dishes and really hope that it stays this way.

To start our a key culinary adventure, we couldn't resist ordering the Salt and Pepper Crispy Chicken Wings. These delectable wings were perfectly seasoned, boasting a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, juicy meat. The flavors danced on our taste buds, leaving us craving for more.

Moving on to the main course, we opted for the Grilled Chicken Medium and the Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho. The Grilled Chicken was a true delight, with its succulent and perfectly charred meat. The flavors were well-balanced, and the chicken remained incredibly moist. It was a dish that showcased the skillful mastery of the chefs.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Sliced Beef and Brisket Pho. This aromatic rice noodle soup, which is the national dish of Vietnam, was a revelation. Lovely place in Richmond serving delicious Vietnamese pho and other items. I ordered a medium sized serving of Sliced Beef And Chicken Breast Pho ($14.50) and San Choi Bao ($10) respectively. The pho was excellent! All the deliciousness that one expects from pho with a great portion size and the choi bao was delicious as well.

The place was neat and clean, simple aesthetics with wonderful staff. I had a great time here!

I love going to Super Bowl in Richmond!!! The food is authentic Vietnamese and tastes homemade as if I was eating on the streets of Vietnam. I got the nem nướng dish and I legit could’ve had another but the portions were already so generous. Staff also fantastic and friendly.

Excellent quality food and friendly service as expected, highly recommended when your hankering Vietnamese cuisine 👌🏽 definitely coming back for the spring rolls alone !

Love the spicy level of the BBH! Very family friendly service and delicious noodles, soups and fresh herbs! There are also vegetarian options (veggie broth) and many types of noodles! Round rice noodles, vermicelli (skinnier rice noodles), thin egg noodles, as well as the usual pho noodles :):) come get your noodle fix! 4 different serving sizes as well!

Came to try this restaurant after reading a review below about vegan spicy pho as I was craving a nice and hot vegan bún bò huế and it did not disappoint! I ordered a medium bowl and it was full of fresh veggies and nice chunks of tofu. Staff are all kind and smiling. Love this place!

I'm literally halfway through the number 37 and this is single handily the greatest pho I have ever had in my entire life, I want to never forget this moment!!!!

This is the best quality Pho that you can get in Melbourne. The ingredients are fresh and every single dish is tasty. All of the staff have a kind disposition to them and are happy to help.

The delicate glisten of the surface of #37 making its way to our table is one of the greatest sights of human existence - few other instances in life can be compared to this moment. As the bowl lands beneath our lustful eyes, the aroma instantly makes us weak at the knees (even though we're already sitting).

As we caress the chopsticks and spoons beneath our fingertips delicately dissecting the delectable elements of the meal in front of us, we become fixated.

While the warmth of the bun bo hue caresses the walls of our mouths, enlightening all 4000 tastebuds, that's when we finally realise... we are home.

I got Bun Bo Hue and it was delicious! Also decided to try their matcha ice cream and it definitely delivered as it tasted legitimately matchatastic. Thanks Superbowl, can't wait to come back again to try other dishes! 😊
