Gong cha State Library

Bubble tea is another obsession I picked up throughout my time in Melbourne. Gong Cha has been our go to place. There are many other bubble tea place in town. But Gong Cha is the most consistent one which delivers delicious beverages day in and day out. My favourite is still the classic pearl milk tea. I also like to add aloe vera or coconut jelly. We go there almost every week. I used to love boost, but now Gong Cha has taken its place.

I have recently developed taste for bubble tea and Gong Cha is my new favourite. What a place, menu and staff.. always good to catchup one.

Great service. I love how the items are on screen and you can choose and customise your order without confusion. Staff is really friendly and I’ve always had great experiences here. Would definitely recommend.

also they're always nice here and that woman a guy said in another review was rude has been super nice to me so idk man maybe someone who takes pictures of service workers and shames them online is probably not the good guy

Mango smoothie was too good

I got the foam wintermelon with pearls and it taste great. The wintermelon flavour was accurate and very refreshing. The vibe of the shop is very chill and cozy.

The milk tea here is really great with chewy pearl but I can't guarantee the consistency of it. Though they're nice most of the time and most importantly there's heater for you in this winter weather. Really great!

Gong Cha is my favourite destination for Bubble Tea. I feel the drinks are perhaps slightly better at the Swanston St store, but this store (QV) generally has much shorter wait times.

Gong cha is my new obsession this summer. My favourite is the number 7 with little sugar, YUM! Hits the spot everytime. Also their membership where ever 10 teas you get a free one is good and I get through it quickly👌

This is my absolute favourite place to have bubble milk tea. The service is quick, the drinks taste fresh and the store is busy so that means something. Just be ready to wait in a que to order.

Kids love it but the passionfruit one is too sweet for my and my husband liking, the red beans one is too sandy for my liking

The Gong Cha folk at Melbourne Central are amazing, great customer service and the guy with the bleach blonde hair that makes the teas is lightning fast! Amazing to watch and always taste great!

Larger outlet with sufficient seating most of the time, though it can get very crowded.
