You will be ensured with the best quality of luxury goods in Bally. Spotless clean environment. Staff is particularly friendly and always helpful. Modest size store but with a good range of variety. If you need anything from Bally, look for Ray for the best services. Cash, card, and smartphone payments accepted. No wheelchair accessible entrance due to the doorstep, however feasible with the help of another. Good location being proximal to car parking, train station, and tram stops.

I recently visited Bally on Collins St to purchase gifts for my nieces. Erica and Conner were fantastic! Especially Erica, who went above and beyond in all categories of customer service. What a wonderful team you have there!

What a great place finally a high end brand that has some care for its customers, The guys in Collins street are very professional and understanding of the customers needs and wants.. We went to the Chadstone store to buy a pair of Bally shoes, my wife had two in mind, one they did not have the size, the other they did, the loss of one star is because I was using American Express and there system was not set up, it was quite a run around to pay, they were hoping I would pay a different way, not to many people carry large sums of cash around anymore, and it being Chadstone I assumed after being open for 2 months this would have been sorted out, the service was fantastic and very patient, the shoes are wonderful, but the having to ring Amex and have it charged over the phone and taking a photocopy of my licence is a little bit of a let down, they were very apologetic, but to survive in this shopping centre things have to be spot on, no such problems at Dior, etc.We went in again, and the Amex has been fixed, they remembered us from last time and said that often they would see us walk past the store and they would wave, my wife bought another pair, gorgeous black slip on's, the staff are extremely polite and accommodating, she was wearing her other pair and they gave them a once over check, to make sure all was good, they have a pleasant manor and don't call you, guys, I am 60 and my wife is 51, so not teenagers, a lot of stores could learn from this, it was Sir and Madam, they way it should be, will be going back for another pair that she really liked, keep up the great work.
