Went to Jacki with depression and major anxiety. I was stuck in a vicious cycle. After a few powerful sessions I noticed a shift, my anxiety was non existent and the dark clouds had lifted. I was able to let go of the past (even things that I didn't even think would contribute to my anxiety) My relationship with my wife has improved immensely feeling more confident and happy with in myself. I contacted Jacki White Hypnotherapy when I was experiencing very negative and self damaging thought patterns about myself and my life. During the eight sessions I had with Jacki, I literally felt the burden of years of negative self talk lift. Jackie’s hypnotherapy technique enabled me to delve into my subconscious and find positive learnings from difficult times. This process was non invasive and didn’t require onerous amounts of talking at all, which amazed me. I feel as though I woke up from a very long depression and have embraced life and those around me with new, true and deep feelings. I no longer hold myself back. After breaking my wrist I developed chronic regional pain syndrome. My surgeon and physiotherapist advised me that while they could treat me physically, the intense nerve pain I experienced was exacerbated by emotional pain due to fear based thinking which was turn due to past trauma. It was because of this that I decided to do a course of hypnotherapy with Jacki White. Jacki is amazing! During the sessions I was able to relax and rewrite my past, moving beyond negative perceptions to uncover the true, positive learnings of my life. This course has helped to free me from the mental blockages that led to chronic pain, fear and anxiety. I now feel more open, able to set boundaries and express myself in ways that I couldn't do before.

I have had a fear of huntsman spiders for as long as I can remember. Jacki was so helpful in relaxing me and explaining her procedure. The whole experience was very pleasant but the best thing of all....four days after my treatment I was able to calmly remove a huntsman that had made its way into my house.
