Great place. The food is a bit of hit or miss but was really good at our last visit

Such great tasting food! We got the satay chicken skewers and prawn crackers for starters. The stay chicken skewers were so good we got a second helping 😋 😅 prawn crackers are crispy and nostalgic. We got the tom yum fried noodle 🍜 super yummy 😋 nice little place with good food and an intimate atmosphere 😄

We love it here. Quality of the food is always great. Friendly service and great value. My kids especially love the wontons!

This place cannot be faulted. Absolutely delicious. Go and enjoy yourself a nice succulent Chinese meal. This post would normally be accompanied by a photo illustrating my point however the meal was devoured before I could capture the moment.

Been to this restaurant since I was a little kid so for the past 30 odd years they’ve been really good. Even though Jimmy is I think officially retired the family has kept the standard. Really hope they keep it up because majority Chinese food is noway near good as this. My parents been going for over 40+

We just happened to be driving through the area, decided to stop for dinner, googled the best Chinese in the vicinity and this one came up. It wasn't wrong either. We were welcomed, nothing was too much trouble, and the meal was as good as any we have ever had. Highly recommended.

Ordered take away from here for the first time and extremely satisfied. The calamari was fresh and cooked to perfection with a slight crispiness on the outside. The mixed vegies were fresh, especially the snow peas, and cooked just right. My son said it's the best fried rice he's had and nearly ate the whole large size by himself. You can taste the effort in the cooking here. We'll be back soon!

Quintessential local Chinese restaurant; affordable, delicious, and good service. Atmosphere is cosy and intimate and if you want to get takeout then you’re not missing out on quality. A true Heidelberg gem.

Fabulous food - We ordered a wide variety for take away and every single meal was super delicious and super fresh

-Food is amazing, comes out hot and portion sizes are generous

-workers there were really nice to speak to and looked after us

30 years of the best special fried rice in Victoria
… even old enough to remember when there was a record bar next-door so after we ordered off the menu and we were dining in mom and dad would let us look through the window at all the vinyl records and cassettes that we could’ve bought if we were given enough bloody pocket money !

Quality Chinese restaurant far superior to any I’ve been to. Their chicken in the fried rice is big, chunky and juicy, cooked to perfection. There is love in every plate they serve ❤

Amazing best Ozzie Chinese. These establishments are becoming fewer and fewer. Take the family there and don't let the kids take any phones or ipads. Have an old fashion family dinner.
Sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken are amazing.

Love the Short Soup, Prawns and Vegetables, Chicken and Cashews, Beef and Black Bean, Lemon Chicken plus their Special Fried Rice.
