It’s great to know there are such amazing people within our local community! My elderly grandma was stuck at the shopping centre on a recent 37 degree day and was unable to contact the taxi company or us on her phone. After many hours of waiting for a taxi at the centre, she went inside Lims pharmacy to see if they could contact the taxi company for her. The beautiful team at Lims booked her an uber home and paid for the trip. We are forever grateful for you taking care of her and making sure she made it home safely!

My favourite pharmacy in Melbourne. Staff are always helpful and prompt. Always handy to give out advice. Wait times are fairly reasonable. Love the location also, right across the best pho shop in Melbourne and plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Although we frequently passed by this pharmacy during our visits to Springvale, we never ventured inside since our focus was primarily on food and groceries. However, today marked a change as we entered the pharmacy for the first time.

After we finished our lunch, we sought assistance for our children's dry skin, particularly due to their eczema condition since birth and our recent return from overseas.

We were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention provided by the owner, Mr. Richard Lim. He dedicated time to explain our options and helped us select the necessary products.

In an era where such exceptional service is rare, Mr. Lim's attentiveness stood out. The numerous awards displayed in the pharmacy showcased his esteemed reputation and significant contributions to the community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Lim for his invaluable assistance and assure him that we will revisit his establishment in the future.

Went here today to pick up some cough syrup for my stubborn dry cough and was met with nothing but excellent service.

I was served by a young, male pharmacist who took his time to talk through my symptoms and made recommendations based on that. Hats off to the team at Lim’s Pharmacy!

Extremely grateful for the pharmacist and especially to the tall guy with glasses (not sure of his position) at the meds counter. I needed to certify my docs, it was pretty late 6pm, all other pharmacies refused either b/c their pharmacists finished their shifts, or that they don't certify docs there ???, or that there was only 1 pharmacist etc. Came to Lims Pharmacy as last resort and the staff were just so polite and helpful even though there was quite a queue. So fresh to see kind people with such good working ethics!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. All the staff I dealt with today were friendly, kind and helpful. I was passing by but if I ever lived in Melbourne again, I would definitely make this my pharmacy. Thank you for your service.

All the staff are great, professional & friendly! NEVER had a bad visit, whether it was getting prescriptions for myself or my late father, the service was always great! Messers Lim, (Richard and Kenny) are always friendly & remember your name, as do most of the multi national staff!

Have a great range of supplements as well at competitive prices!

BUT, I don't just go there for the prescriptions! The eye candy is worth the visit alone!

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the local area if not all of Australia. It has been awarded multiple customer service satisfaction awards over the years. Very friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist and sales staff. Staff can speak more than two languages other than English. Very good prices here compared to others in the area.

Brilliant community pharmacy in the heart of sunny springvale! Pharmacist and assistants always take care in serving patients. Despite these tough times, staff are always attentive, approachable, warm and welcoming :) They treat everyone who walks through the door as family, highly recommended!

Called the Pharmacy and spoke to Sum who was very helpful over the phone and went looking for the 2 specific products I asked for and kept them away as I informed I would be there in 10 minutes. When I got there I was amazed to see how many staff members tried to make eye contact and offered to help. I asked for Sum and he remembered me and called me by my name and gave me the 2 products that he had kept aside for me and assisted me with other information I needed from him. Customer service at it's best. Well done SUM and LIM's Pharmacy as a whole!

I got my ears pierced here for an amazingly cheap price. The pharmacy was extremely busy when i came but nevertheless, the service was fast and the staffs were friendly and made sure I was assisted.
