I recently visited Brich&Perch Coffee Shop and had a delightful experience. The spiced beetroot latte was a unique and flavorful choice, and the golden latte was equally satisfying. The highlight was the delicious cheesecake – a definite must-try. Overall, a great place for a cozy coffee and treat!

Staff friendly. Coffee good. Beaut cakes. An excellent respite from a drive. Please try the ginger fluff cake!

Back again. I can't go past Birch & Perch. This time I'm thoroughly enjoying the butterscotch & macadamia cheesecake.

Almost a regular!? The walnut cake is wonderful.

You'll love the baked cheesecake (with an espresso)!

Stopped here on our way to Metung for a coffee. Cute little shop, but don't let that decive you. The coffee was great and even picked up a nice little bar of soap that is locally made. The lady serving and making coffee was friendly and service was with a smile. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great coffee and browse of some local knic knacks.

If travelling thru Rosedale don’t miss this great little cafe cum gift shop. Beautiful coffee served by a happy and obliging proprietor. Beautiful gifts on sale. Look for the Segafredo banner.

A very nice little stopoff, cake slices quite generous, and hot chocolate about perfect for my taste.

No i'm not affiliated or a local.
Sometimes places are just good.
There's always one person that can't be pleased no matter what you do.

I've enjoyed numerous enjoyable refreshments at Birch and Perch. The ginger fluff cafe is terrific. Coffee is excellent.
(Next time I'll try the hot chocolate chilli & cinnamon!)

Very cute little shop with a surprising selection of lattes. I had a matcha latte and banana cake which were both v. Good :)
Reasonably priced too.

This is a cute cafe with small gift shop. I stopped in 28 July 2018 on my way east just to grab a coffee. It turned out to be a great coffee - as good or better than most I get in Melbourne.

On the way home I stopped in to grab another coffee ... and also got one of their ready to go baked savouries. It looked like a sausage roll, but was veggies with a little curry flavour. So yummy! I'm not sure how much food they serve, but this is a fantastic option for a quick stop when you're travelling through east Gippsland.

You must try the delicious cake- carrots and raspberries/pear was our pick of the day-in this lovely, warm coffee
Check the alternative to you classic latte as well: golden latte, spiced beetroot or spiced matcha.
In a rainy day like today, between the great service, food and the interesting gift shop, we’re tempted to stay a little longer!

A perfect little stop on a roadtrip. Gorgeous cakes, delicious tea and coffee and such friendly service. We stopped purely to stretch our legs but ended up having afternoon tea and doing some gift shopping too.

Drove from Melbourne to Bairnsdale over the weekend and was on a hunt for a good coffee along the way. A quick search showed Birch and Perch to have good reviews. The lady behind the counter was friendly and the price for a large cappuccino was reasonable. That aside, the coffee was amazing, it had flavour and brewed at the right temp, not too hot or cold. Obviously and without saying, i had to drop in again on the way home for another large coffee.

Best coffee, cakes and slices. It's only a small shop but it has a cosy atmosphere and the homemade cakes are brilliant.

Second time I’ve enjoyed coffee/homemade cake/gifts at this small cafe. The outside decor does a disservice to the charming interior. The person serving who I assume was the owner was lovely.

I've been taking my Clients to Gabrielle's for 4yrs now.
Rosedale is close to Latrobe Valley so makes it an IDEAL outing.
I've found the food to be made with love & this is where I "discovered" Banoffee! Now I love it!
Come & see for yourself.
Gabrielle will bestow her kindness upon you & her food.
Probably the cheapest food in Town?
Thanks again Gabrielle for making us feel so at home.

Come here everytime we go past. The best home made lemon slice you'll ever have! Made with their own fresh lemons. Excellent coffee - thank you for providing plant milk alternatives. Lovely service. Lots of nice gift items to buy too. Will be back.

Wonderful cafe, great coffee and homemade slices and cakes. They also have fantastic handmade local indigenous and artisan gifts, wrapping paper and cards. I loved the unique indigenous design christmas decorations all made from natural and recyclable materials. The local shop owners are working together as the chamber of Commerce to create a welcoming feel and great selection of businesses.
