Staff at med cntr a d dental clinic are beautiful always happy to help out 1st class treatment the only thing they dont have on arrival is champagne lol Excellent medical centre.

To Dr Liz, Dr Sumira and ( sorry I can't remember your name) lady receptionist wearing the white shirt.
I've had one of the most painful days with my wisdom tooth, I went to wagga and only one dentist tried to help.
Then I came home and asked at Coolamon.
I'm sat hear now in tears because the pain is slowly going away and I have started antibiotics.
I swear coolamon and every person in Coolamon are amazing people.
Thank-you ladies for helping me and for caring.

Too much waiting, because are to busy

Started coming to this medical practice for almost a year.
Highly recommended by many ppl.
Dr was extremely nice to me when I first started coming to her.

Then one day I’ve come in and asked if I was next only to get abused by the receptionist ( Nicky ).

I then had to have a meeting with the Dr and practice manager.

I explained, apologized and moved on from the situation.

Today 9/4/22 I had an app at 12:10pm. Come in after a 45 min drive to be told 3 ppl were in front .
Was asked by receptionist to go have a cuppa and would call me when there was one before me.
We went come back was told 1 in front. Dr takes 3 patients before me.

So I ask the receptionist only to be told she was going as per time of arrival rather then app time.
She also blamed the Dr saying “ not sure why she took them in 1st “.

The Dr then called my name ( she was fuming ).
Hardly said hello to me or my partner.

I told her I had been experiencing from really high anxiety since my second Covid vacc. Only yo be told it’s all in my head.. Dr’s like you don’t deserve to be a Dr.. ppl do stupid things when it comes to mental health.. SO DONT JUDGE !!!
This is why ppl do the things they do because dr’s say it’s alll in our heads 😡😡😡😡

Ps, Dr was upset she had to stay past 11am.

Reception staff are excellent Expect to wait an hour over your appointment every time you go.. the doctors are simply never on time which makes it so difficult to run on time yourself
