Warm welcoming vibe as opposed to the adjacent McDonald’s. Great coffee this morning too!

Great ice latte from the baristas here at 3 Hume Fwy. However, service could be better from the staff, and not have a RBF to give to customers coming from long drives.

The service was extremely slow which is ok for the kind of rush out there but the lady preparing the hot food was extremely rude. She kinda ignored everything we asked and then when she did respond, she showed uttered hate for no reason. Pathetic behavior from her. It just spoiled the mood for the break from a long drive from Melbourne to Sydney.
