Eternal Bridal Melbourne

My experience at Eternal Bridal was absolutely amazing! Having visited a few other stores prior to my appointment there, I quickly figured out what styles would or wouldn't suit my body type. With this knowledge, finding "the one" became effortless! Ferani, who assisted us, was incredibly sweet and kind-hearted. She patiently listened to my ideas, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Remarkably, the first dress I tried on ended up being the perfect choice! The entire communication and ordering process was smooth and stress-free. I already miss seeing the stunning dresses, the welcoming ambiance, and the charming decor of the boutique. It truly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Eternal Bridal!

I hadn’t actually booked with Eternal Bridal when I planned my dress shopping weekend away and just happened to come across them on the way. They were able to make some time to fit me in with my schedule and I am so glad I decided to book in.
They had a stunning range of dresses and had many different options to choose from.

Before getting to Eternal Bridal I had tried on a number of dresses with other stores, but just hadn’t found “the one”, which was becoming quite stressful. But I was able to find my beautiful dream dress (an Enzoani) and paired it with one of their beautiful veils. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress and making the experience special.

I tried on a number of dresses at the boutique and Sara was so helpful in suggesting beautiful dresses to me based on styles I liked! After some really awful experiences at other bridal shops, I had a really good experience at Eternal Bridal with Ferani. She went above and beyond to find a dress that was perfect for me, giving options for me to try. The dress I ended up picking was a reccomendation from her and I couldn't have been happier. The whole process from start to end was really smooth and made the process feel enjoyable.

The perfect experience! Ferani was so amazing, she made me feel so comfortable with all the dresses, listened to my wants and also encouraged me to try things I wouldn't usually try in a very gentle way (which I am SO glad she did!!). Her demeanor was beautiful and I cannot thank her enough for helping me find my dress.

CAITLIN IS THE BEST💚! CAITLIN IS THE BEST💚! CAITLIN IS THE BEST💚! I just had to say that first! What an amazing person! I came to Eternal Bridal last weekend after almost settled with another okay dress from a different shop. I made the appointment just so I'm not only trying at one place. But after my first appointment with Caitlin I actually didn't wanna go to my second appointment with the first shop I went to. She is so sweet and patient with everything. She went above and beyond to help me create the look I want. She is not pushy at all and give me very honest opinions about each dress I've tried on and enough time to think about the dress. I actually really liked the dress I picked from the first appointment, but it wasn't exactly the cut I was hoping for. So with my second appointment today, Caitlin called up the designer to make my dream dress happen! She literally comes up with solutions straight away with every little things I want to change with the dress! I wouldn't have got my dress dress without her! I feel very extremely lucky that Caitlin is the one who helped me from the beginning! She just made this whole process so much easier and stress free for me. My friend and I just can't stop talking about how amazing she is after the appointment! Definitely made my day. I'm very very greatful! Thank you for the perfect experience! I highly recommend Eternal Bridal, specifically Ferani. She was so patient, honest, and bubbly, towards myself, my mum and best friend. She was very attentive and listened to my thoughts and ideas for the dress that I envisioned. I am so happy to have said yes to the dress with Ferani, and cannot wait for the big day!

Ferani had helped me tried on different types of dress with patience and professional advice. After two appointments, I finally found my favorite ceremony dress. If u like lace mermaid or A-Line dress, definitely have a look at eternal bridal.

I absolutely loved finding my wedding dress at Eternal Bridal! Franca was amazing to work with. She has a superb eye for style and recognised my vision straightaway. Despite leaving my shopping until pretty late in the piece and not being able to get a gown in from overseas on time, Franca found a sample dress which I absolutely loved. She referred me to their tailors who turned it into a truly one of a kind piece. The staff at Eternal Bridal were kind and professional. They made me feel really special trying out different styles. The dress was comfortable and wore well throughout the day. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

They have took the stress away from me of booking in the alternation appointments and are as excited as I am to see my vision come to light. Eternal Bridal was the first bridal dress shop I visited and coming into the store I wasn't quite sure what I was after. Caitlin provided brilliant advice around dresses that would suit my body type, was patient as I tried many dresses and ultimately helped me find the perfect dress. If you're looking for a dress and not quite sure what you are after Caitlin is the person to see. She is friendly, patient, helpful and not at all pushy.
