I have been shopping at Barney's for my salon supplies for the last 3 years now, most of my orders are placed online, and they always deliver quickly. When I have visited the physical store, the lady is so helpful and friendly.

I wanted to write this review because I think it is so important to acknowledge peoples effort and positive experiences.

Today I visited Barney’s Beauty Products in Burwood. A mini Beauty Expo if you like, where different companies were demonstrating and promoting their products.

Kirby was showing techniques with Gel Polish/dip was very knowledgeable and easy to understand and take away some great tips. It’s always great to learn something new.

Mine spray tan company also demonstrated the newest tanning sensation, quick dry tan, no nasty smell and a great solution for salons looking to offer tanning booths. Very informative, and Lauren who is a real gem, offered to tan me, so I look like I’ve just returned from vacation.

I would like to say a big thank you to Donna, she is one amazing lady, never fails to deliver an event of the highest standard, with attention to detail that creates an atmosphere that says friendly and professionalism all at the same time. Everyone needs a “Donna” in their life.

Lauren, well what can I say, she has great knowledge, a super sense of humor and really friendly. Knows the products as well as loads of tricks and hints, I have learnt so much from Lauren over the past 12 months or so, just by chatting, she shares he knowledge so willingly.

I must say it is a god send having Barney’s at the end of my street. Thanks girls for always being so friendly, professional and having a showroom that is so clean, well-stocked and organized.

We have been ordering from Barneys for a while now and honestly they just keep exceeding my expectations all the time. Donna and the team listen and work with our spas needs and our questions are always answered with a smile. They make running a business just that little bit easier with their online ordering, promt delivery and amazing customer service. Thank you guys, keep up the good work, it doesn't go un-noticed.

This is my new favourite salon supply place. I love their product range, very competent website... so easy to shop. They have taken such good care to adjust to the Covid-19 situation with the click and collect option. Yes the prices are lower in comparison .

My car broke battery died and Will was so kind to help me get it started and running inspite of his hectic schedule. He saved me from having a terrible day. He also got in touch to let me know about the enquiries I made while he was fixing my car. That to me speaks volumes about the business ethics. They truly are customer oriented, energetic business & sales enthusiasts.
