Excellent service! My nail technician was friendly, focused, and took her time doing my nails despite being understaffed and had other customers waiting. The girls were warm and welcoming. Had no issue. Would highly recommended.

Really pleasantly surprised :D

Went to get my sns tips off, soaked them off, then cut, buffed and shaped my nails all for only $15

Highly recommend it here, staff and the manger were really friendly and kept a nice conversation. Were gentle with my hands and did a amazing job.

If your looking for a new nail salon to go to, go here! It’s lovely and very aesthetically pleasing :)

Blown away. The time spent on my nails to make them perfect. Honestly the best nail service I’ve had in years.
I just stopped in because I was passing by, 100% coming back

Compared to some other nail places I’ve been to recently, the team here did a wonderful job on my nails. Really took their time to make sure they were perfect. Thank you. 💅🏽

I got the $45 manicure pedicure special.
I did think I was buying a full service on special, not an express service.
Overall experience, pleasant staff, reasonable work in the time allocated to me.
Will I go back....no

Been my nail place for a while now. Always kind and friendly and beautiful looking nails.

One thing I really dislike it the way you sit around a lot because they do multiple people at once. What should take an hour, extends to 1.5 hours. For instance, first in today and having to wait for my hands to be done whilst two people work on one lady. Only two people working. Really inefficient and disrespectful of people's time.

The service was cheap but I got what I paid for. Bubble SNS nails and really poor service. The water for my pedicure was stone cold and after speaking up a few times to someone who couldn’t speak a word of English I gave up and settled for a lukewarm pedicure. It was frustrating to not be able to communicate at all with the service provider, she was constantly tapping my feet to signal what to do next so I felt like I could never really relax. The SNS manicure was terrible. I hate to be negative about a business but this really was not good. Sorry.

My first time trying this place and I wouldn’t go back unfortunately. I got the manicure pedicure combo. One lady started and did a horrible job of the pedicure, then another lady switched in during the manicure and did a great job. So it seems to depend on who you get. I had to ask the First Lady to remove red polish from my skin 3 times and she acted like she couldn’t see it. I still got left with red skin. Also, uneven and too far from cuticle.

I question their sanitization process.
Seems that nail clippers get used from one customer to another without any cleaning.

Been today for SNS, I don't think the girl was very experienced..my nails are filed crooked, and she cut me 3 times with the drill...i will not go back again.

Went in for a pedi today and an inexperienced staff did a very poor job with my nails and cut my foot too with the blade. She said she hadn’t been trained. The senior staff touched up the badly done nails but showed a lot of attitude. Be cautious. Ask if the staff if they have been trained. This place must maintain standards.

Short version: if you want to have bleeding and raw cuticles, thick SNS, be gaslighted when you tell them that their client should NOT leave with bleeding cuticles and then get told to soak your bleeding and raw cuticles in acetone to remove the SNS if you aren't happy with the service....please go to this nail salon.

Long version:

I went in today (Tuesday) just before lunch time, when I sat down I was the only person at the salon.
The owner started on my nails and then another nail technician took over after the initial dip. I pulled back as she hit my cuticles pretty hard with the drill and I told her that it was getting sore. As she put the sealer over the nails all my cuticles stung. I noticed that because the colour was very sheer and they only dipped twice, the colour was very uneven. She took the initiative to re-dip and the second time she used the nail drill, I pulled back after the first nail. The reason that the drill was hitting my cuticles was because of they way the SNS base was applied so far down the nail, the SNS powder was sitting against my cuticles and they used the drill to clean it up.

As I vocalised my pain and pulled back the nail technician told me repeatedly that my cuticles were 'thin'. Yes... cuticles are too thin for you to put SNS on them and use the drill to get rid of it. The technician saw that one of my cuticles were bleeding and put some antiseptic on it. She then used a buffer over the top of it and applied the sealer. When she was done, 2 of my cuticles were bleeding and the rest were pink and stinging. The SNS was also so thick at the base and uneven.

When I told her that there needs to be greater care and clients shouldn't leave with bleeding cuticles. She told me the that my cuticles were thin and she was already being "so careful". I told her that I've had SNS numerous times and this has never happened to me before, she looked at me like I had two heads and asked 'what do I want to do about it'.

I told her that I am just frustrated that although she had hit every single cuticle and even to the point of bleeding, she still left the SNS so thick. She then had the audacity to tell me that it was because of my "nail shape" and how it was well sort after. What.

The owner then stepped in and the following occurred:
1. Next time I go, tell them that I have thin cuticles but because I didn't tell them that's why this has happened. Seriously, there was so much gaslighting that I was immediately shocked. I told her that this has never happened to me before, in 15 years, so I guess it's fault that you deem my cuticles to be 'thin' and that I didn't tell you to not use the drill on my cuticles until they bleed?

2. I mentioned to the owner that the shape of the SNS on her nails were well done and thin and she told me that the same technician did her nails and that it was the 'shape' of my nails. Honestly, do not treat people like idiots, the thick, 'bubble base' SNS is just pure laziness and lack of care. I went home and got my own nail drill out and ended up reshaping them. They look fine now and I guess you just don't care about your clients nails as much as your own.

3. If I wasn't happy with the service, I can get the colour taken off and then I wouldn't have to pay. I asked her if she wanted me to put my bleeding and raw cuticles in acetone and get the SNS removed and that I was not prepared to do that and did she prefer her client go through that pain than acknowledge that something went amiss??

4. She offered me some cuticle oil to soothe my cuticles. Half a bottle of cloudy oil with a brush that's been on many nails. She wanted to put it on my bleeding and raw cuticles, no thank you.

5. When voicing my concerns I was told that I 'worry too much'. I felt like I was back in a toxic relationship and ended up agreeing to pay half price for bleeding cuticles and to re do my nails at home just to get the heck out of there.

The only good thing is its proximity to Chemist Warehouse so I could get my own antiseptic cream and hope that I can avoid a nail bed infection.

Inconsistent quality of service & outcomes experience: Been at this nail salon twice for pedicures & both times were walk-ins. The managers respectively at both times were eager to get me seated almost immediately.

My 1st pedicure treatment far exceeded my expectations notwithstanding the fact that I came in an hour before closing: foremost, the atmosphere was welcoming being that the place was empty ie no other customers present & the place was neat & clean.

The female manager at the time was friendly & the staff were polite. The nail pedicure technician for my feet did a tremendous job! She was focused, thorough & paid attention to detail. She took time to make sure I have enjoyed the best treatment: my foot soak was at the right temperature & relaxing; proper callous removal, foot scrub, nails cut, buff & shape were not rushed & professionally done. I could not be happier with the outcome of the treatment. Truly a memorable experience.

My 2nd visit to this salon was an extremely underwhelming experience. The male manager in this instance had me promptly seated, began the foot soak then walked off without checking (as the water rises) if it was at the right temperature till I made a desperate call out to the manager.

Furthermore, it became quickly apparent that the nail pedicure technician (different person from my 1st visit) did not show much care & attention when removing dead skin, softening hard skin, shaping & treating my toenails. To make matters worse, the red polish was applied too uneven & too far from the cuticle & didn't dry properly: not even 2 hours later.

Definitely this time around, absolutely horrified by the poor quality of workmanship & bad experience. Positive attitude, engagement & demeanor in interaction with customers are not shown. Dedication & passion appear to be out of the door.
