Over many months of waiting for and finally getting these guys to fit my stuff, I am extremely happy with their work and service, that they have gone over and above to achieve the results and customer satisfaction. The business name is a bit of a misnomer as they do a whole lot more. We went in asking about maintenance on one of their premium sunroofs and were impressed by all their other stuff. They have quite a large, highly stocked showroom, with an entire late model car in there demonstrating some of the products they sell. Mostly 4wd and rally related and all top notch quality stuff from different manufacturers with a focus on TJM gear. The lady who served us was very helpful with useful advice about the sunroof fitted to our car. It's nice to see a product that actually has knowledgeable support for it after you've bought it!

Lost my sunroof of my Bommodore on the highway due to gust of wind from a passing truck; smashed to smithereens.
Rang around and these guys helped out for drop off, pick up, card payment and everything as well as having great knowledge of the issue and quoted to the dollar over the phone. For a small job, the service I received was above and beyond.

'Prestige Sunroofs' is really not a good business name as these fellas do EVERYTHING for the 4-wheel drive enthusiast.

They also install roof racks and we were there to order a new for our Rhino Racks and the whole process was very smooth and parts arrived promptly from Sydney.

These fellas run a really great operation and l am very happy to give them a huge shoutout too.

Great service from a family run business who take pride in their work. They've fitted out our Mitsubishi Challenger with lift kit, bull bar, winch, snorkel, roof rack, cargo barrier, dual battery system, fridge/slide/cage and cb radio. Very very happy, all work done completely clean and professional.

Amazing customer service, Julian was fantastic. Had a flat car battery outside their shop and they came to the rescue without hesitation.

Went to inquire whilst shopping around and spoke to Paul, 30 minutes later i was handing over my card to pay. Picked up my car and could not fault the service of this place. Paul was a top lad i'd have a beer with him not to mention great looking bloke his mrs would be happy! Have referred my mates to him, good to see family business's are still going strong.

Once again Jono and the team have done an amazing job fitting a dual battery system in my Hilux. An incredibly neat job with a high quality fit out. Great price on the fridge that beat the larger competition. Sorted out my radio issues on top of all that.

I was a bit sceptical at first thinking it was an unusual roof shape and an irreversible modification, but they have transformed my Toyota 86 into a luxury sports car. Maddy is super professional and supportive of any concerns you may have about modifying your car. They have turned my sports car into an amazing driving experience! Had a sunroof glass replaced as part of a product recall. Was served by Maddy, who was a fantastic help. Great customer service. 10/10 would buy again.

I bought a tjm winch 15 months ago. It was installed by tjm burwood. I follow the recommended monthly wind out/in procedure and encountered an intermittent problem with wireless operation about 4 months ago. I have been in touch with tjm burwood a couple of times since as i continued to have the problem intermittently. Once covid lockdown restrictions allowed it, i took the car in but, as u would expect, the problem did not arise. After continuing to have the problem at home in days following, i kept in touch with tjm Burwood. Without any fuss and expectation for me to prove it to them, they swapped the wireless receiver and remote over and operation is now all good again. Intermittent problems are always awkward, esp for warranty matters, so I appreciated their approach to supporting me in this. Thanks guys. I would also add that when i originally had it installed, they discovered and rectified quite a serious installation issue with the tjm bullbar (bullbar had not been pinned??) which had been installed by tjm kilsyth 6 months prior but were no longer tjm dealers. I was annoyed with kilsyth but naturally grateful that burwood identified & fixed it.
