The Kilburn

We recently had our wedding reception at the Kilburn and could not be happier. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff (shoutout to Molly) so attentive to all our requirements. Honestly one of the best venue's out there and their flexibility to accept outside catering made our event that much more special and on theme. Thank you again to all the staff at the Kilburn on site and behind the scenes.

The Kilburn is a must for all whisky lovers. Their collection of whiskys will absolutely blow you away. Awesome place for your palate to expand your whisky repertoire. In addition, they also do killer cocktails.

Service was very helpful and friendly.

I had a custom flight of whiskys (4 X 15mls) from my own selection. They were very flexible - I didn't have to stick to what was on the menu. What topped it off for me was that they even had droppers (to add water) for the whisky enthusiasts.

Fantastic cocktails and staff. The bar was amazing from floor to ceiling, so many bottles. The ambience was amazing, great place to catch up with friends for a chat and relax.

Thank you to Courtney and the team for their professionalism and being so lovely to work with. All our guests had a fabulous time, and many said they loved the venue. The cocktails were fabulous!! Thanks also to Devour It Catering for sensational canapes and grazing table.

Came here on a hot Sunday afternoon, very little people which was perfect for my group who wanted to relax, enjoy our drinks and chat. I had the gold rush cocktail while my friends had the berri bellini jug. Drinks were easy to order online and beautifully presented. The staff here definitely know their stuff here.

Had a small event for my partners 30th in the Whisky Room. No hire fee, just a minimum spend on the bar! Also ordered a few yummy pizzas to share. Staff were very helpful with any questions, room setup and finding a nice platter for our cake. Thanks for having us!

One of the best ambient bar in Hawthorn. Great music, 5-star services. Great place to hangout with friends and love ones. Definitely won’t disappoint your dating partner. Strongly recommended.

Popped in for an after work drink and was lucky enough to meet the beautiful Jessie and Alex. Was instantly made to feel welcome and got some recommendations on the drinks we would like. It's a cute place and cute vibe. Fantastic service and warm atmosphere in general. Also the cocktails are delicious 👌🏾

We recently had our daughter's 21st birthday party here. The service lead by Molly was outstanding! They were very accommodating with every aspect of preparations for our big night. The venue itself is very classy and we had compliments all night from our guests. The drink list was exceptional! Our catering was an external source and again, the staff at the Kilburn was very accommodating. I highly recommend this venue!

We held a party for 80 people on the front bar area and it was just incredible. The bar and decor are stunning. So many guests complimented the venue . The staff were so easy and lovely to deal with. We couldn’t recommend more highly. Seriously the best venue to host a function.

Very nice whiskey bar that serves wine, cocktails and beer as well. Great atmosphere and better staff. 10/10 would drink a pint of Hawkers lager again

Incredibly refreshing to have a bartender as attentive and as caring as Jessie. She gave us and my partner a prompt service, recommendations, and overall and insightful conversation during our time at the Kilburn Cocktail Bar. Alex, her co worker, in the same way made sure we were looked after and conversed with us during our time at the venue in such a genuine manner. So glad we stopped here and would definitely recommend!

Such a vintage/modern bar. Had a good range of cocktails and drinks. The staff are friendly also.

It's always a great experience at The Kilburn. The friendly and knowledgeable bar staff making awesome cocktails; The relaxed atmosphere; The tasty pizzas from the restaurant across the street, delivered directly to your table. Definitely a place to check out and hang out.

If you're after whisky, and bar staff who know what they're serving and not just pouring drinks, you'll love this spot. Local restaurants providing food delivered to your table.
