Amazing service by Danielle. I live in rural Victoria, so getting to a gear shop isn't quick or easy. I needed some lights for a shoot at the end of the week. I ordered them at 11am Monday and I was playing with them at 12noon Tuesday. Not bad!

Honestly I can’t recommend these guys enough! I’ve ordered from at least 25 different camera stores online, and Video craft definitely stands out as the best.
The support & customer service is absolutely amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience ordering anything online. The shipping on my orders was super fast, and communication was great.

Item wasn't in stock, but unlike a few other experiences recently from other retailers, I got a 'phone call after placing the order to let me know, with an estimate of the delivery time and wether I would like to proceed or get a refund. That is important service delivery. If I needed the item urgently I would not be pleased chasing the order up. In this case I didn't have a deadline and because the information was forthcoming, it will definitely not affect my choice to use Videocraft again. Thanks! As a professional that relies on gear to do a job, often time sensitive, getting information and options is vital. Recommended. BTW product was great too, should have got it sooner.

It's been around 10 years or so since I last dealt with Videocraft, but I had a major purchase coming up and recalled their good service back then. I was pleased to see the good service continues within this small family business. Great staff and friendly prompt service. Danielle and John were particularly helpful.

I received excellent advice and help from Peter at Videocraft. Despite being a relative newbie in things video and also being on the lower scale in terms of budget, I was always treated like a valued customer. Peter was super patient, no matter how many questions I asked and how many times I needed to ask for a modified quote. A great business to do business with.

I have purchased all my Sony camera's from Videocraft for the past 26 years, backup service has always been excellent, you can't beat buying local.
My most recent purchase was a FX6 with a number of bits and bobs. Ordered Friday and was putting it all together the following Friday, a very fast turnaround for the type of equipment i need.
