I recently visited the Deep Indian supermarket and interacting with Gagan , Gagan has excellent customer service skills. Gagan’s positive attitude and enthusiasm are infectious.She creates welcoming atmosphere in the store that keeps customer coming back .If u want to experience outstanding customer service and warm welcoming atmosphere, be sure to visit the store when Gagan is there. She is such nice person. The moreover the prices are very reasonable and good variety in clothes etc.

Highly recommended. Perhaps the only Indian store in Australia where I would like to go again and again for shopping. All merchandise is properly arranged, tagged for reasonable price, no litter/scatter and a very polite girl at the counter. Keeps a variety of good quality brands and I sincerely hope that they keep it this way. Look forward to go there again.

Went to deep indian supermarket for my diwali shopping today. Found all the stuff required and 100% satisfied with the stock on shelf. If you are looking for authentic indian stuff this is the go to place.

Yesterday it was my first visit to Deep Grocery department and I found it very nice with the product prices and stock availability.
Staff was very friendly as they wanted to
Provide good customer service. My suggestion is to keep the same customer service even though they get old in the market.
You must try their sweets as they are really fresh and you can feel the taste. My best wishes to the team who are working there and stay safe.
They have all indian groceries available and at good prices. I recommend this place to all Indian or Asian who wants to get some good quality groceries.

I have been coming to Deep supermarket for last 4 months. My experience is nothing short of fully satisfied - clean premises, good range, helpful employees willing to serve and take feedback. They have membership stretching your dollar to go further. Would recommend to all. To top that they have long opening hours that can satisfy people coming after work and shopping.

Very reliable grocery shop near Lalor ......friendly staff, all items available, staff is very helpful especially staff who is newly wed with chooda.

Staff and management are very friendly and polite. They also have a loyalty program. This store is one of the most well organised and cleanest Indian stores in Melbourne. Everything is well organised and shelved. The variety is very good too. The store may not be the biggest around but falls in the upper 90th percentile with regards to space. We visit here despite having 4 Indian stores nearby.

This grocery shop is very neat and clean as compare to the others I found the lowest price in the north-west suburbs you have a lot of good ideas do you have a lot of options. From north to south you can buy all ingredients & spices from India.It is like a supermarket down in India so you can also buy Sri Lankan, Indian, and also other groceries. The members option i found the best, love the service they provide specially thanks to Raghav to help me in finding all the products i need.
