The staff here are very friendly and my dog loves to go to doggy daycare.

Just would like to thank Brandon and his team looking after all us with doggies and pet needs. Even when he is short staffed he still has a smile on his face. Would be a great place to work if you love animals 😊

Their aquarium range is quite large for a pet store. You can tell someone working their is a fan of aquariums and the fish tanks are usually always clean with healthy and happy looking fish. I went to a different pet stock that had filthy tanks and dead fish and just basic aquarium tools and items. This store clearly has a team that’s cares about their aquariums.

Fantastic range of products and services for me to access for my 3 dogs, including puppy school, dog grooming and doggy daycare. Staff are friendly, helpful and have great product knowledge and expertise every time I visit. Exceptionally professional customer service when I visited last week from Brandon. Highly recommend this store.

Our two dogs love it there. Staff are great at both the day care and the groomers. Highly recommend.

I am a Veterinarian and find it difficult to find a good groomer to recommend - then I met Steph! She is incredible. She is patient with dogs and understands that not all dogs are the same. She is willing to take time with nervous dogs and give the dog what they need. I refer many of my patients looking for a groomer over to her and if i could give more than 5 stars I would. She is professional, polite and an incredible groomer!

Steph the groomer is absolutely amazing! Our dog is super anxious when it comes to grooming, Steph is so patient with him and does her best to make sure he’s not stressed. He comes back happy & looking fantastic! Would give more stars if I could.

Awesome pet shop, huge range for all types of pets and the staff were super lovely.
