Was banking with another bank who had poor service. Got to CBA 15 minutes before it closes. Even though they were extremely busy Melissa the customer service representative still assisted me and stayed back 30 minutes after her shift was over. Gave me guidance and assisted me with my needs. Thank you so much Melissa. If you are banking in Broadmeadows, defintely see her
