Parklands camping Kenilworth

Stayed here last weekend for the first time and it won't be our last. Fabulous location, amenities were spotless and check in was easy, pick a spot to set up and the staff come to you to collect your payment. Plenty of room for all campers yet still peaceful.

Just spent this last weekend here. Such a great spot. Owners very friendly, showers clean, portal's were immaculate and couldn't fault the park. A great spot for a quiet and relaxing time. Thanks for having us.

Highly commend the owners and staff of this camp ground. We have camped at many various campgrounds at Easter and this campground has been the best so far due to the way the property was presented, the cap on numbers which provides plenty of room for large groups and how the amenities were cleaned regularly. Will definitely be back.

Recently camped here such a lovely beautiful peaceful spot. We were lucky enough it wasn’t a busy time. So we were along the river. Big beautiful open spaces. River is a lovely spot to cool off in. Clean showers $1 a min. Clean portable toilets spread out all over the camp grounds. Highly recommend put it on ur list.

This was our first time at this camping ground and we had the best weekend with our family! Toilets were cleaned twice a day and the showers were nice clean and hot. The owner Wayne was very nice and welcoming along with the lovely lady who answers the phone and answered all my questions. We all had a swim in the river which is nice and crystal clear water. Plenty of space for the kids to roam and play. All campers were spaced out so no one was too close. Definitely will be going back!!

We loved camping here! Very clean toilets and shower facilities were great. Easy to navigate and pay for our site.

Camped here overnight and loved the peace and quiet! Many places to camp along their stretch of river with plenty of space to spread out. The amenities are super clean and the hot showers are great. Very well maintained, and a very reasonable price; we will absolutely be back.

P.s. Not a lot of firewood around the area so make sure to pick some up from surrounding towns, and bring your own water.

Loved it! The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The river is flowing and perfect for swimming in after the recent rains. Toilet situation is single porta-loo's scattered throughout. There is a shower closer to the gate. Plenty of room for kids to ride bikes. Nice to see cows in the next paddock. Totally enjoyed camping in the countryside

Great place to open up your camping toys, fully mowed lawns ! Toilets, showers ($1 coins) running creek and pet friendly, simply drive in, set up and owner will come see you, $15 ea per night, cash only, 3 minutes drive to Kenilworth.

Loved it, well maintained. Dogs aloud on leash. Beautiful cows. Generators till 8.30pm. Good & clean showers. Motocross track not far at all for the riders. (No it doesn't drown out the camp ground) We will definitely be back!

First time l have camped here and will be back again very soon. Magnificent and brilliant doesn't do this property justice. The grounds, facilities and property are superb. From time of arrival and greeting from owners, the cattle, and the grounds it is so impressive and just got better.
I only give reviews like this when they are well deserved. Highly recommend

Spent 6 days at parklands camping very well kept property clean toilets. Great for anyone family's we enjoyed the river has a place where you can walk up in the sand float down air mattress also a deep spot where kids can jump off rocks we will be back frendly staff.

Have stayed here several times now.

We stayed in this campground and another one nearby but we loved this place so much more for a huge number of reasons:

1) Greater accessibility - easy for 2wd, closer to town and great road

2) Cleaner amenities - basic but feels a lot more high end compared to the other campground. Showers are $1 for 3 mins so come prepared with coins

3) River access - The river is right there in front of you and it stretches out a far way

4) The sunset and the cows

Owners friendly and helpful. Lots of nice grassy, shady campsites and a sandy beach along river. New shower block is of a standard that's first class (LCMP to take note). Portaloos are plentiful and regularly cleaned. $prices very reasonable. A top spot. K/W dairy and bakery close by,

Brilliant place that doesn't get overcrowded, lovely Family that own it. Very happy with the fees charged and we don't even use their showers and toilets as we are self contained. Bookings essential as they cap the numbers. Great place to relax by the Mary River.

Came for two nights, stayed for four! Very friendly hosts who work extremely hard to maintain the camp grounds. Beautiful camp grounds along a beautiful river. Nice and clean facilities.

Great spot to bring the caravan, lots of trees and flat areas to set up. Is not a packed in camping spot like most of them. Owners are fantastic to deal with and keep the amenities well maintained.
