Stopped by for a late lunch on Sunday arvo. Lovely afternoon for it too. Buster was excellent company, and the owners were wonderful hosts. Delicious food, great beverages. Lovely to see all local produce served too. There wasn’t any one thing we didn’t love. Oh, and great that they have destination chargers for Tesla.

Beautiful place with delicious wine and food. Really enjoyed the self guided wine tasting, and the pumpkin soup was so yummy. Great service and such nice atmosphere that we ended up spending a couple of hours enjoying the sun, food and wine at hour table by the water.

The wine tasting and late lunch at Hidden Creek were an unexpected gift for us. Jess and Shandor, a friendly couple who is running this cellar door and cafe, were very welcoming us made our day. We were tired by 3hours diving from Beisbane city and Hidden Creek was the first cellar door to visit. What Jess offered to us was a well toasted panini with delish chips to make our tummy ready for the serious full range of tasting, such a warm gesture. The tasting comes with 13 different types of cheese matching to each veriety of Hidden Creek wines. This was one of the best pairing experiences I've had. My hubby never like cheese but he was stocked how the pairing works perfectly. Of course, It takes time though, I wish every one who visits Granite Belt for wine experience try this awsome wine flight. And the pear cider too!!!

Hidden Creek Winery and Cafe is a hidden gem with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their outstanding wine selection and delicious menu make for an enjoyable dining experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Surrounded by lush greenery a beautiful pond and vineyards, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hidden Creek wines have to be some of the best in the Stanthorpe region. I particularly liked the Shiraz Noveau a light take but very pleasant. Neil the new Manager is extremely knowledgeable and very happy to explain things for you. Well worth a visit and hopefully they might start offering some food options again to make it a fuller experience.

Absolutely recommend Hidden Creek Winery for an amazing day out. We had the picnic hamper lunch. It was fabulous. Just the best day with such friendly staff, beautiful food and fun customers. We shared our experience with others and laughed all day! Brilliant.

Friends dropped in with a bottle of the 2022 Shiraz-Viognier in hand. What a great drinking experience. Pepper and Grapefruit notes for me. Can't wait to sample some more wines from Hidden Creek.

The curated wine tasting experience is fabulous. Jess took us on a wonderful journey to better understand the winemaker’s philosophy as we savoured varieties that come into their own in QLD’s granite belt.

The best and most beautiful winery I’ve been to in Stanthorpe. The restaurant and cellar door are set around a picturesque lake and we were lucky enough to have a front seat. The wine flights and cheese/ham boards were great and the dessert is delicious. The wine itself is also fantastic. Such a lovely day spent there - recommend booking ahead as they book out early. We also stayed at the upper cottage on the property which was magical with its own vineyard just out the door and complete isolation from everything else. Was truly a special experience.

What a gem this place was. Knowledgeable, very friendly staff. Exceptionally generous platter of locally sourced foods. Unique wines expertly matched with tasting bites. Extremely helpful and accommodating with gluten free requirements.A lovely, relaxed afternoon, eating, drinking and chatting while our car charged at the onsite Tesla charger.

Fantastic service, amazing views, delicious wine and food. Came for the wine, went back for breakfast. No regrets!

We hired a driver to put together a day of wine tripping from vineyard to vineyard.
Our lunch was a stop at Hidden Creek winery which was amazing. They catered lunch for us Individually sourcing food from the local providores & they advised us to choose a paddle of reds & one of whites so we could share them. We also got to choose a bottle of wine from the tasting to have with our lunch.
The hosts were amazing, they took our photo, shared their knowledge of the winery even though they had been there less than 12mths.
It was a fantastic experience & would highly recommend putting it on your list.

What a special hidden gem! So grateful to have spent my last day in the Granite Belt here! The new Managers are such a delight, between the amazing lunches served and their customer service! It was such a personalised experience with some great laughs! Look forward to coming back!

Completely devastated to arrive to Stanthorpe and hidden creek was closed over Christmas! Shandor and Jess are absolutely amazing and always provide exceptional service, can't wait for you guys to open again!

Such a beautiful and peaceful location. We sat outside by the lake for lunch and wine tasting. Cute doggies running around added to the enjoyment. The wines were delicious, the food was good, the staff were friendly. Would definitely go again. Make sure to book!

We had breakfast then came back for wine tasting and a cheeseboard. Every encounter with Jess and Shandon was such a warm and welcoming experience. The coffee and food was delicious and they have incredible knowledge of the wine industry and are happy to share it with you. Well worth a visit, I highly recommend.

Since Shandor and Jess have taken over the running of Hidden Creek cafe and cellar door, I’ve been back three times in about 6 weeks! I am a born-and-raised Granite Belt resident, and a lover of good wine, good food, and even better company. And these guys nail all three! So great to have some new energy rejuvenating the cafe and beautiful setting there at Hidden Creek, to compliment the wineries stunning wines!
