I have been up against many different lawyers in my time but these one's are one of the more unprofessional and non courteous.

They clearly lack experience if they don't even bother to check if their clients are making up fictitious claims by requesting documentation before signing off on it and sending it through to VCAT.

I guess after they realise their client is a liar, instead of showing common decency to Email the opposition to advise they are no longer acting they simply ignore and pretend like they are still acting.
