Classic example of a small town Post Office where the staff know virtually everyone who walks through the door. Always smiling and friendly. Never heard any of the staff complaining or upset in the 20 years we've lived in Tannum. It's a shame they had to take over banking duties when the last bank in town (CBA) closed It's doors, as customers often have to experience long waits while local business owners do daily deposits of cash that often include hundreds of coins that need to be counted.

We have the most efficient Australia Post office in Queensland. The staff here are really helpful with all our requests, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and serve with a smile. I have used post offices in other cities here in Australia and overseas...............You cannot beat this Tannum Team. I gurantee it ! Well done guy's you deserve a heads-up and Thank You All, you don't know how good you are.
